The whole academy was bubbling with excitement. And why wouldn't it? Today is the day when a super famous person would officially take the position of headmaster or headmistress in this case. Anyone who was planning some nefarious schemes silently gave up. The nobles who were not happy with Elena as the headmistress and were trying to do some sneaky things behind her back also quietly gave up and sent several apology letters and gifts to her.

A single move that Elena made completely because she got furious, eliminated several future problems for her. It was supposed to be a challenging task for Elena to sit on the position of headmistress without showing off her powers but now it became a work in the park. Her fame had increased so much that even the super famous Royal Academy was getting overshadowed by her.

For the students it was a big deal that their new headmistress would not only be a rare S rank adventurer but also someone with a scary title like "Crimson Adjudicator". Be it the nobles and especially the commoners, they all were feeling very proud. They now could boost for their whole lifetime with the fact that their headmistress was such an awesome person.

A grandiose stage was created in the middle of the central plaza of the academy. All the students from both divisions were present to witness the monumental occasion. Teachers were sitting on the front row seats and just behind them some of the most important students like the battle division student manager or the work division coordinator were sitting.

Most of the common students didn't have a seat and were standing a bit away from the stage. They all wanted a glimpse of the headmistress so some of them even got here early dawn. The whole plaza was buzzing with excitement from both the teachers and the students. Obviously the teachers were also normal humans so hearing what Elena did also got their blood boiling. They were also aware that Elena was not just an S rank adventurer but a demigod.

There was still 30 minutes left before the start of the ceremony. Normally, according to the procedure, Elena was supposed to give a speech promising that she would work tirelessly for the well being of the academy and then she would declare some new policies she would implement. Then she would thank the teaching staff and one of the teachers would go up on the stage giving her a gift from all the teachers representing that the teachers had accepted her as the new headmistress.

But Elena had told Ele that there would be a lot more announcements and she was also going to introduce a new teacher so the gift giving should not be delayed. So Ele was going to give Elena the gift at the very beginning even tho it was kinda not following the proper procedure, no one had any problem with it. Ele was kinda nervous that she was going to give the gift to her idol. She asked Selena many times to replace her for this role but she rejected her every time.

Soon it was time for Elena's arrival. All the students and teachers were waiting excitedly for her entrance. They were hoping that she would make her entrance extra cool. And they were not disappointed. A blinding light pillar appeared on the stage and from that light pillar an extraordinary beauty came out. She was wearing a black coloured business suit and a grey shirt. She had a magic watch on her wrist and her hair was done in a ponytail. She was looking stunning to say the least. She would just need glasses to perfectly pick up the look of a capable principal but unfortunately her eyesight was absolutely perfect so she didn't need it.

Elena then snapped her fingers and chairs appeared for all the students to sit. The plaza should not even have enough space for all the students but for some weird reason the plaza was not even crammed. A throne appeared on the stage too and Elena took her sit there with majesty. Some nobles even thought that she looked better on the throne than the actual king himself. She then spoke up -

"Hello, my dear students and teachers of the Royal Academy. I'm Elena, your new headmistress. I have taken this post because of the king's request and he also asked me to make this place even better and I do plan to make his request come true. For that purpose, I am planning to make some changes and today I'm going to declare them. But before that, I am going to accept the gift my beloved teachers have prepared. Ele, please come on the stage."

Her voice was very mesmerizing and authoritative at the same time. Ele was kinda lost in her voice and hearing Elena mentioning her name she quickly went up to the stage and gave her a diary as a gift from the teachers. She told -

"As an S rank adventurer, headmistress Elena doesn't really have any needs as far as we know. So, instead of giving something expensive we teachers decided to give the headmistress a diary where all the teachers have written our well wishes for you. We hope you like this little gift from us."

Elena opened the diary and took a look. And with a very dazzling smile on her face she said -

"I absolutely love it. I am very touched to see the teachers expression of respect through this diary. I will definitely treasure it."

After that Ele came down from the stage. Now it was time for Elena to start her announcements.

"First of all I want to completely divide the classes of the battle division and the work division. That means those divisions will not share the classes anymore. As you all know some classes like history and politics are common for both battle and work division and so they take those classes together.

But from some reports I have seen that when they were taking those classes together the battle division students felt that they were superior or something and they were also bullying the students of the work division. As the work division students were weaker in strength than the battle division, they could do nothing but to endure which made them unable to focus on the lessons and these sorts of lessons were more important for the work division than the battle division.

I can just tell the battle division students to not act like that but I understand that it will be harder for the kids to not feel superior when their strength is increasing daily. So I have decided to isolate both the divisions. It will make the work for the teachers a bit hard but I plan on recruiting more teachers so I am sure we will be able to do it."

Hearing this announcement the battle division students specially the nobles turned their faces and the work division students cheered loudly. Elena clapped jer hand twice to stop them and continued with more announcements.

"Next, I'm going to create a student council for both the work and battle division. The role of the council will be to assist the teachers in managing the students and to be a leader figure for other students. The members of the council will all be elites and the membership will be decided purely based on merits and personal capabilities. Your status or connections are worthless there.

Alongside the student council we will also create a disciplinary committee. The members of this committee will be selected based on their morals and strength. They will be in charge of maintaining the discipline for the whole academy so having strength is must. I will give a book of discipline to all the students for free. There will not be too many rules there so be sure to properly go through that book."

This announcement was taken with great support from all the students. The nobles were happy that they would get a chance to demonstrate their superiority officially and the commers were happy to be able to reach a higher position than the nobles officially.

"This announcement is especially for the battle division. Everyone of you is trained using mostly swords for the warriors and mostly elemental magic for the mages. Not all warriors are good with swords, some might have more affinity for spears and the same is true for mages. Elemental magic is only one type of magic. There are hundreds of more types of magic arts out there. So, from now on, we will use a special magic item and some trials to determine the affinity of a student and we will help them reach their full potential. I believe that this step will allow our students to reach brand new heights. I will provide the mentioned magic item to the academy so no need to worry about that."

This announcement was once again life changing for most of the students. Many of them had found out later on that their chemistry with sword was not good but they had a good chemistry with other weapons but they had already wasted several years on the sword. The same was true for mages. Other than the elemental magic, other types of magic was very unpopular and unknown. So many future good mages had not been able to reach their potential because of the lack of knowledge. So this decision of Elena was a life changer for many of the students.
