That was obviously not the last announcement. Elena had more steps she wanted to take to make the academy a better place.

"The next announcement is about your curriculum. This step will not be implemented right now as that would be confusing for many students. So I plan to implement it starting from next semester. Normally one student could choose only a group of subjects bunched together. For example if you want to study politics, history and language is a must. The same goes for the battle division students. If you want to study the magic enchantment class, having magic implementation class is a must. So I will make sure that every student could choose only the subject they want to study. If you want to only study politics not language, fine you can do it from now on. Some subjects like monster's physiology are only available to battle division students. I will also change that and allow the work division students to study that too."

This one was another decision the students were happy about. Yes, the subject planning was quite well done as if you study politics having knowledge about history was important. But many students didn't want to learn that much history as only knowing the basics was enough. So it was a welcomed decision for the students. They all readied their ears to hear the next announcement.

"I have already told you all about the major changes that are going to happen. Next, I'm going to introduce a new teacher for magic theory subject. She will also be in charge of the blessing knowledge class as she has the blessing of an intermediate god from her birth. Please welcome miss Reyha Foxi."

After saying it snapped her finger again and a black haired lady appeared on the stage. She had a calm and collected vibe around her. She looked to be in her late twenties or early thirties. She had a mature charm around her. She addressed the audience -

"Hello everyone, nice to meet you. I'm Reyha Foxi from the city of Xamanetra. Miss Elena invited me to join this prestigious academy as a teacher and I'm very happy to accept that offer. I will do my best to teach you all with my all. Thanks for having me."

Then she went down the stage and joined the teachers. Then Elena again spoke up -

"Now I personally will gift the academy some things that will be useful for it. First of all, I will write a book detailing rare types of magic and that book will be free for any of the students or teachers to browse. I will also create a special golem for that academy that will have high level weapon skills and can act as sparring partner for the students. And most importantly, I will create an artificial dungeon inside the academy that the students can use to practice real combat. Other than this, as you all know, I'm an adventurer and I plan on starting a class that will teach the students about adventuring in general. It is not a class about how to become an adventurer but mostly about how to survive in a situation where you're getting attacked by a monster. I hope this class will be useful for you. Now with that being said I'm ending this. Feel free to get back to your normal routine for today as all the changes will be implemented from tomorrow."

Then again in a blinding flash of light headmistress Elena disappeared from the stage.

After Elena disappeared from the stage, the teachers and students were still looking at the stage with dumbstruck expression on their faces. The last announcement which Elena made with ease was the most bewildered one for them. There were almost no books about rare types of magic in the whole kingdom and the mages who could use such magic protect the secret of their magic with their all. But that was still understandable.

But a golem who had high-level weapon skills. What the heck. Is that even possible. Golems are normally large and heavy and it was unheard of that one such golem could use a weapon let alone having enough skill with that weapon. It was like a revolution in golem engineering and the headmistress declared it like it was a walk in the park.

Then again it probably was a very easy thing for the headmistress. One who could talk about creating an artificial dungeon like it's no big deal, could easily do something like that. They knew what an artificial dungeon was. But that was something only a large country could create after spending a long amount of time and a large amount of money and resources. They never thought it was possible for a single person to do something like that.

But were they complaining. Hell no. Both the teachers and the students were feeling so elated right now that they might start dancing out of sheer joy. Their new headmistress was even more awesome than they imagined. They were feeling very proud that they were part of this academy when she was in charge. It would be something they could brag about for a long time to come.

But obviously not everything was all sunshine and rainbows. Some students were not happy about some of the decisions made by the headmistress. There were some students from the battle division who were using the bullying of the work division students as a form of entertainment. Now that the new headmistress had stopped that bullying they felt like they had lost a good toy.

From the tone Elena used it was a hundred percent certain that she would now be in charge of recruiting new teachers and that completely destroyed the plan of many nobles to let some of their subordinates become teachers for this esteemed academy. There was an unwritten rule for many nobles that if one of their subordinates could join the academy as staff then that would be very prestigious for that family. But now gaining that prestige became much harder.

And the student council that Elena announced became a hot topic among everyone. It was evident that the students who would be able to join this council would be the elites among the younger generation. But the proud nobles for the love of all that was holy could not accept the fact that even lowly commoner students would get the chance to become a part of this prestigious group. It was impossible for them to believe that they could stand above the nobles.

So that was how Elena's investiture as the headmistress came to an end. She didn't intend to stay in this position for long and as soon as she found someone suitable for this position and she would be satisfied with the growth of the academy, she would leave this position. But for now, Elena would continue her journey as the new headmistress of the Royal Academy of Myrilia kingdom.
