After walking around the city a little, Elena and Azusa noticed that this city actually did not have a dedicated shopping market. The shops were all located in the middle of the residential area. This layout was not a problem for the long time inhabitants of this city but for people who had came to visit this place, this type of layout did create a massive probelm.

Navigating this magical city was a massive pain. As there was no indication of what kind of shops could be found in which areas, finding a particular type of shop in this city without the help of the locals was very troublesome.

That was why, there were guides who could be found on the streets of this city. These guides charged a certain amount of money for helping outsiders navigating this confusing city. As Elena and Azusa both looked extremely beautiful and rich, they were approached by a lot of these guides offering their services as soon as they entered the city.

Even though both Elena and Azusa could find their desired shops with a scan of the city, they were still not opposed to the idea of having a guide. A guide could not just help them in navigating the city, they could also tell them about various unwritten rules and cultures of this city too.

After thinking about it a little, they decided to hire a guide. As for who this was going to be, Elena chose a little girl who looked to be about 15 years of age. She was giving off an innocent and naive vibe but Elena and Azusa were able to easily see through her and judged her to be a cunning and intelligent girl.

This girl's name was Cherry and she was a resident of the city slums located at the back of the academy. She was quite an intelligent girl and when Elena and Azusa gave her some hints that they had seen through her act, she stopped pretending and started to act as normal self.

Even though Azusa did not try to get too close to this girl, Elena was the opposite. And with her god like communication skills, in no time, even someone as cautious and guarded as Cherry started to let her guard down around them.

Cherry even ended up sharing her life story with the the ladies. She was actually the daughter of a professor of the institution. So her position in the society was high as the professors here were treated almost like nobles.

But then, her died was killed suddenly after a conflict with a senior professor. Her mother was also forced to run away to a different city with her little brother. As for her, she was captured and almost got killed herself.

But fortunately, she was saved by the local securities and did not end up losing her life. But still, she was unable to live her life the previous way as she was now penniless and ended up moving to the slums which was a very cheap place to live.

She had tried to find her mother and brother but had failed to do so. It's been more than a year since that incident but still she had no idea where her remaining two family members now were. Currently she was barely making a leaving by acting as a guide while continuing to study magic in her free time in order to continue her father's legacy.

As Cherry had came out to visit the city many times, she was very familiar with it already. And after working as a guide for over a year, the places that she did not know about had also entered her database. So she did her job as a guide perfectly.

The first place that the ladies visited was an inn. The most preferred location for outsiders to stay in this city was an inn like place ran by the institution itself. This place was cheap, clean and very affordable. But people with money liked to stay at more high end place.

As Elena and Azusa did not care about money so they obviously chose the high end location. So Cherry brought then to an inn called the "Siren's Song". This place was beautiful and both of the ladies were very satisfied with it.

Instead of booking just a room, Elena ended up getting a luxurious suite which was basically a small mansion. Even after paying a lot to book this luxurious location for three whole days, the ladies did not stay in the mansion for too long and left immediately to explore the city.

As a daughter of a knowledgeable professor, Cherry was aware of what lesser concepts were. So she was able to guide the ladies to find shops related to them very quickly.

The first place where she took them was a shop selling cursed item. The owner of this place was surprisingly a level 5433 powerhouse who was also an expert of curse magic named Ansu. He was a friend of Cherry's father and helped out Cherry a lot in the early days of her struggle.

Ansu had managed to master not just one but three lesser concepts and all of them were related to curses. Those were "Bloodbound Curse", "Dark Bane" and "Bounding Oath". All three of them were considered to be quite good among the lesser concepts.

The Bloodbound Curse could be used to curse the whole bloodline of any enemy. Dark Bane was something like an anti curse concept and the Bounding Oath was a neutral curse used by merchants to make deals. This curse master decided to tell Elena and Azusa about these concepts and in exchange, they needed to pay Cherry well and also needed to give him information about some kind of useful curse that he was not aware of.

Both Elena and Azusa were very knowledgeable about this subject. Elena herself had done quite a bit of research on curses and Azusa also had to learn about them as a compulsory course of a princess. So both of them knew about several powerful curses which were most probably unknown to this world. And as for paying Cherry well, both of the ladies were already going to do that even if the curse master had not requested it.

This discussion lasted for quite some time and at the end of of it, all the people involved were happy and satisfied. Elena had taught the curse master three new curses while Azusa had taught him two. On the other hand, both of the ladies had managed to master all three of the lesser concepts.

That was not all. After learning three more lesser concepts, Elena's own understanding of the lesser concepts in general increased. With that, she had independently managed to develop a few lesser concepts of her own. They were still not completed but Elena was sure that in the future, they would definitely become an important part of her strength.

Just like that, the magical city of Lusvenka had already stated to give benefits to Elena and Azusa. How strong would Elena become next after she had developed all her planned lesser concepts fully ?
