Sun Chasing Lance was a very powerful art that was capable of targeting an opponent through the space and time. There were very few methods which were capable of getting rid of this move. But unfortunately, as Lucius was an expert at running away, he did have a move that was capable of doing just that.

As the Sun Chasing Lance was about to reach him, Lucius' physical body exploded and his bare soul activated an item. Immediately after that, Lucius' soul started to become transparent and disappeared completely. Azusa used various kinds of sensing and detection techniques and skills but still she was unable to find where this man had suddenly disappeared too.

Just as Azusa was feeling disappointed and regretful, Elena appeared beside her and reassured her -

"Don't worry Azusa. I have managed to put a marker on him and I can continuously monitor him through it. I think he might have helpers here, so let's just wait and see who those helpers of his are."

Azusa had already told Elena a few things about the Chaos Order organisation. Obviously the name of the Mad Sage had came up during their talk. As he was one of the top level powerhouse of this organisation, keeping him out of the conversation was impossible.

According to Azusa, the Mad Sage Merlick did not have any bottom like when it came to him research. His life story was also a very famous tale circulating around the universe.

He was born in a legendary grade world of Magic. The system of that world depended on the existence of Magi. The magi or magus were a bunch of madmen who only had magic in their heart and nothing else. So it was considered that almost all the magi had a screw or two loose. But even among the magi, Merlick was specially troublesome and lawless.

When he managed to reach the pinnacle of that world's strength, he actually ended up refining his own mother world to be an ingredient that he refined to break the limit. This act was so horrendous that he was directly punished by the heaven (Actually the Universal Will).

So no other organisations were willing to accept a mother killer like him except for Chaos Order. This Organisation had a lot of criminals so without a very special background, no one would be directly rejected here.

That was how Merlick ended up joining the Chaos Order and managed to reach the level of 9000 after millions of years. At that time period, he had made many more enemies because of how shameless and cold he was when it was something related to his research. The Otrefiona Emperor had also became an enemy of his the same way.

Merlick's subordinates did not visit any world without a reason. So as Lucius was here, the Mad Sage was definitely planning something heinous related to this world. Elena could normally find out what others were hiding without much trouble but in a divine grade world, her methods were very limited.

That was why, Elena did not directly kill the soul of Lucius and allowed him to continue living for a little bit longer. She wanted to find out what this mad Sage guy was planning here.

After Elena explained this to Azusa, she nodded her head. The battle with this man was not really too dangerous for her. Azusa did not died even once and was able to defeat him quite cleanly too. Without Lucius having the overpowered Seven Eyes special ability, this battle would have been even easier.

Elena then patted Azusa on the head and praised her. She did quite well in the battle. Then both of the ladies returned back to the inn and ended their friendly date with a girls' talk in their room with the company of good food. Even though the appearance of Lucius had ruined the mood a little bit, Azusa and Elena still ended up enjoying the day.

The next day, Elena and Azusa left the city with one another Dimensional Anchor. Their next destination was another city called Lusvenka. This was a beautiful city located in the middle of a lake and this place was also famous for having one of the largest magic academies of this world, the Ancient Star Tower Academy.

At first this city was not actually in the route that Azusa had planned but she had revised the plan last night and had added this in. The reason of that was simple. This city was known for having many lesser concept users. So Azusa and Elena both were planning to add a few lesser concepts in their arsenal by going to this city.

Even in the last battle, the lesser concept of Charming Extreme Yin was not useless. Even though Lusius had managed to resist it with his Seven Eyes, it still had slowed him down a little. So if her opponent was anyone other than him, this concept would have been even more useful.

As for what Lucius was currently doing. Instead of metting up with his helpers, he was currently resting in a hidden location. It looked like he would only meet his helpers after recovering his strength a little. So Elena was currently leaving him be. Even with his full strength, Elena was very confident in subduing Lucius without much trouble.

The city itself was extremely beautiful looking. All the houses, shops and building here had a colourful roof which made the city to look cheerful and vibrant.

But the most attention seeking thing of this city was definitely the magic academy. Looking at it, one would immediately be able to identify it as the magic academy. The reason for that was not the typical look of this institution but was a large scale fate magic formation that was showing these information to anyone who looked at the institution.

Having such a large scale fate related magic formation was definitely impressive. So Elena was now sure that this city would not disappoint them. Now it was time of both Elena and Azusa to start exploring the city.
