Taking the research reports in her hands, Elena started to read them with glee. The topic of the research was quite interesting. It was about the concept of God in other world and how a god like that could be created in this world too.

Seeing it, not only Elena but the other ladies also got interested in it, especially Oss. As she was known as the God of Machine of this world, she as curious about how this mortal man with very young age was trying to create a god like being similar to her.

This question and curiosity of hers was answers at the very beginning of the report. He had lebeled the God of Machine (Oss) to be something greater than just a God that other worlds had. So for him, Oss was a supreme god with absolute might.

This conclusion was actually very true. For most worlds with the system of having gods, the gods were considered to be something like the administrators or caretakers of the world.

So in terms of life level, the gods were obviously below the Will of the worlds who were basically like the gods' parent or creator. With that in mind, Oss as the will of the world here was obviously inherently superior to the gods of other worlds.

With this confusion gone, the ladies started to read the report even more carefully. In his usual style, this report was also quite complex and filled with a lot of experiments, results and conclusions.

So it was very detailed and thorough. Still for some reason, all the ladies felt that this report not as good as his other works and felt a bit off.

But there was a fundamental mistake in the core of the research. And that mistake was about Oss, the will of the world's nature.

Dr. Lance Armell had considered her to be something akin to a machine, always striving for perfection. Which was actually not true.

Oss had many qualities that a flesh and blood human would have. Her falling in love with a blacksmith from a different world was a perfect example of that individual self will.

This action of falling in love had not benifited her world in any way. Actually, it had ended up harming the world in an indirect fashion. So thinking of her as an perfect machine like being was incorrect.

But without actually knowing Oss and only learning how she had behaved with the people who had interviewed her, this was actually a reasonable conclusion to make. But unfortunately, not everything was perfectly reasonable in the world.

As for the main subject of the research, it was quite interesting. Dr. Lance Armell had the idea to make the will of the world to co-operate with them in creating something that would be slightly stronger than even the Titan class Mecha beasts.

As for how he was planning to make the will of the world to co-operate, Lance had actually came up with a very interesting idea. It was create a hypothetical situation where creating a being like a god would be the most logical choice.

And as Lance had considered Oss to be a very logic driven entity, he was quite confident that the will of the world would definitely co-operate with the researchers in a situation like that.

Unfortunately, because of what kind of being Oss was, this research was going to fail from the very beginning. But that did not mean this research was useless.

There were a lot of other worlds who actually had wills which functioned in a similar way to what Lance had imagined. So for those worlds, his research should be quite useful.

There were still a few things in that the scenario of a God's creation needed to optimised. But if Elena considered this research report as a progression update instead of a final report, then the grade of this report could be considered to be extraordinary.

The other ladies were also of the same opinion. And after reading about this, even Oss started to think about situations where she would want to use some helpers instead of doing everything on her own.

When Elena told Lance about what they had thought about his research, his mouth opened so wide that it was actually comical.

He had never imagined that not only these big shot ladies would like his research, they would actually be able to understand it so well. This was totally unexpected for him.

Still this made his heart to flutter. Who did not like praises ? Especially when the praise was coming from beautiful otherworlderly ladies who were also big shots. So obviously Lance felt extremely happy about this.

But then Elena started her critisisms and Lance almost fell out of his chair. He wanted to protest against what Elena was saying but whatever she said was so logical that there was nothing that he could say against it.

Lance immediately understood that this could very well be one of the best opportunities of his life. All these ladies and especially the golden haired one looked extremely intelligent and knowledgeable. So if he could have a long discussion with them, that would be immensely beneficial to him and his future as a researcher.

But the problem was Lance's current mindset. With his self harming thoughts and his worry about his beloved wife, Lance was in no condition to have any kind of discussion. His was brain was refusing to think about anything but his troubles at the moment.

This was something that Elena immediately noticed even without the use of any of her skills or abilities. She was actually trying to start the discussion with him in order to reward him for his hard work and allowing her to see his research. But now it looked like he was in no condition to accept this reward for the time being.

So Elena stopped her explanation and immediately asked Lance about what his problem was. This was a very direct approach but from what Elena felt from this man before her, she was sure that he would prefer a direct approach more than a roundabout one.

Hearing the question, Dr. Lance Armell was speechless for a moment. Then suddenly tears appeared in his eyes and he started sobbing lightly.

Seeing this Elena immediately cast a barrier spell with illusion function to hide what was happening here from others while showing the illusion that everything was just as usual.

As Elena explained the function of the barrier to Lance and smiled at him with a very kind look on her face, Lance suddenly felt very relaxed. Probably the most relaxed he had ever felt in the last five years.

Then with a chocked voice, he started to tell Elena and the other ladies about what was troubling him.
