The golden aura of the Aetherion Primordial Empire and the silver mist of the Chaos Temple clashed in the sky, creating a spectacle of light that Earth had never seen.
Emperor Victor stood firm, his eyes fixed on the Grand Sage. He was shocked to see the most powerful figures of the Chaos Temple here, in this remote corner of the universe.
"It is an honor to meet you again, Grand Sage," Emperor Victor said, forced to be polite. Even as an Emperor, he knew the Temple held secrets that could shake the foundations of his Empire.
The Grand Sage smiled thinly, his golden robes fluttering in the wind.
"The pleasure is mine, Your Majesty. I am sensing my old friend inside your ship. Would he like to come out and have a little chat with me?"
The moment he finished speaking, the air grew heavy.
A terrifying aura gushed out from the central golden ship. It wasn't the warm light of the Emperor; it was a cold, ancient power that felt like a mountain falling.
Every official, general, and soldier from the Empire immediately bowed.
"We thank you, Ancestor, for coming with us!" they shouted in unison.
An old man in a simple white robe stepped out. His hair was long and silver, and his eyes were like calm lakes.
This was the Ancestor, a top-rank Immortal King.
He looked at the Grand Sage with a neutral expression.
"What is the Grand Sage of the Chaos Temple doing here?" the Ancestor asked casually.
"It is also my question," the Grand Sage replied, his eyes twinkling with a hidden light. "What would the Ancestor of a Primordial Empire be doing here? Are you here for this poor fellow?"
He pointed a bony finger toward Noah, who was standing calmly.
Before the Ancestor could even open his mouth to respond, a sharp, angry voice cut through the silence.
"Whom are you calling poor, you old donkey?"
It was Fiona.
She stood behind Noah, her face flushed with rage. To her, Noah was the supreme existence. Hearing a "random old man" call her King a "poor fellow" was more than she could handle.
The silence that followed was deafening.
The Emperor's mouth twitched.
The Ancestor's eyes widened.
Even Noah and Rudi looked at each other, surprised by her boldness.
No one in this universe had ever dared to call the Grand Sage an "old donkey" to his face.
The followers of the Chaos Temple did not take this insult lying down. Their silver eyes flashed with murderous intent.
"Insolent!" one of the six Sages roared. "How dare you curse the Grand Sage? You are sentenced to death!"
This Sage was a high-level Immortal King.
With a single leap, he lunged forward, his hand glowing with silver energy.
Fiona prepared to fight, but she suddenly felt her body grow heavy. She couldn't move. The Grand Sage had secretly used his mental pressure to pin her down.
The Sage struck with a palm, aiming directly for Fiona's head.
Noah didn't move an inch.
He just glanced at Rudi.
"As you wish, Boss," Rudi muttered.
In a blur of motion that defied the laws of physics, Rudi vanished from his spot and reappeared directly in front of Fiona.
He didn't use a sword.
He didn't use a shield.
He simply raised his index finger.
Clang!
The Sage's palm strike hit Rudi's finger.
An intense shockwave erupted, tearing through the ground and sending dust clouds miles into the sky. The pressure was so great that it would have crushed any normal human instantly.
The Emperor quickly shielded the unconscious princess with his golden energy.
However, he purposely left Arthur unprotected.
It was a cold, silent message: Arthur was a disappointment who deserved to die in the crossfire.
Alexander, Arthur's grandfather, tried to throw a shield over the boy, but the Ancestor snapped his fingers.
Alexander's energy vanished instantly, neutralized by his own superior.
Noah sighed.
"How pathetic," he whispered.
With a wave of his hand, Noah created a transparent shield of Destruction Law around Arthur.
The shockwave hit the shield and simply evaporated.
When the dust finally settled, everyone looked toward the center of the crater.
They expected to see Fiona and Rudi turned into a meat paste.
Instead, they saw a scene that froze their hearts.
Rudi was standing perfectly still, his single finger still touching the Sage's palm.
"If you want to attack one of the generals of the Earth Empire, you will have to answer the Supreme General first," Rudi said calmly.
His voice was cold and carried a weight that made the Emperor's heart skip a beat.
Then, Rudi pushed his finger forward.
Puchi!
The finger didn't just stop the palm; it went right through it like a hot needle through butter.
Rudi's finger pierced the Sage's hand, traveled up his arm, and slammed directly into the center of the Sage's forehead.
A hole appeared in the Sage's skull.
But as he did this, Rudi's expression changed from calm to confusion.
He tilted his head.
While the spectators watched in horror at the sight of a Sage being "killed" so easily, Rudi spoke in an interested tone.
"Oh? You have no brain in your head? Are you a moron?"
Noah's eyes narrowed.
The Sage's skull was empty. There was no grey matter, no blood—just a swirling, dark void of energy.
Despite having a hole in his head, the Sage didn't die.
He simply stood there, his body twitching.
These creatures weren't normal humans.
They weren't even living beings in the traditional sense.
Noah took a step forward, his presence expanding until it filled the entire solar system.
"Thank you for coming to our aid," Noah said to the Empire and the Temple, his voice echoing in their minds. "But we have already resolved the problem. You should leave my territory."
The Grand Sage's face darkened.
He could hardly restrain his hunger.
Looking at Noah and his million soldiers was like looking at a buffet of high-level energy.
He wanted to swallow them all.
The Ancestor stepped forward, his eyes cold.
"Young man, you are talented, but you are too arrogant. You do not tell the Empire where to—"
"Leave."
Noah used the Law of Command.
His comprehension of the Law of Command was now at 100%.
It was no longer a suggestion; it was a cosmic truth.
The Ancestor's eyes bulged.
"Wha—"
"Law of Command?" the Ancestor gasped, his voice trembling with horror. "How is this possible? How can a primitive comprehend this law to such a degree?"
The Ancestor tried to use his own law of command comprehension to resist, but he was like a candle trying to fight a hurricane.
He was nothing infront of Noah.
Instantly, the golden ships of the Empire and the silver ships of the Chaos Temple began to move.
It wasn't because they wanted to; their pilots and their engines were being forced by the very fabric of space.
The Chaos Temple followers didn't fight back too hard.
They were afraid.
If they stayed, their true nature might be exposed to the world.
In a matter of seconds, the sky above Earth was clear.
The only ones left were Noah, his army, and the unconscious Arthur.
"Boss, what was that?" Rudi asked, looking at his bloodstained finger. "That guy felt... hollow."
"We will know if we ask the demon," Noah replied. "I think he knows something. For now, all of you should rest."
Noah looked at his million soldiers.
"You are free to do whatever you want for now. Tour the planet, see the sights. It's a fun place. But come to my house ten days from now."
Noah snapped his fingers.
In the middle of the sky, a massive floating island, the size of a great city, materialized out of thin air.
He used the Law of Creation to build grand barracks, houses, and training grounds for his million warriors.
It was a display of power that would have made the Emperor cry with envy.
But the people of Earth weren't outside to see it.
Noah had used his powers to keep the civilians safe and unaware of the sheer scale of the cosmic battle.
"Arthur needs to wake up in a bed, not a crater," Noah muttered.
He picked up the unconscious Arthur and sent a message to the leaders of Earth, telling them the danger had passed and they could reopen the cities.
Noah was in a hurry.
He had felt a strange, chilling sensation when he looked at those nineteen "Sages."
It was a feeling of existential crisis, a warning from the universe itself that something was very wrong with the balance of life and death.
Noah appeared back in his quiet room.
The chaos of the outside world was gone, replaced by the soft hum of his own energy.
He reached into his pocket and pulled out a small, glowing sphere.
Inside, the miniature form of the demon Beelzebub was pacing around like a trapped animal.
Noah placed the sphere on his desk.
"You should come out," Noah said. "We have a lot to talk about."
