Alex let out a low, evil snicker that vibrated in his throat as he walked down the busy cobblestone street. He was making his way directly to the bar.
It was the same dusty, noisy bar where he had gotten completely wasted and drunk the last time.
It was the specific bar in which he and his supposed group of "friends" would always hang out together to discuss all types of important matters.
They would sit around the sticky wooden tables and talk about quests, and money, and monsters, and whatever else was happening in their boring lives.
He kicked a small pebble on the road with his boot. The pebble flew across the street and hit a wall. Clack.
Alex was in a particularly good mood right now.
The air smelled sweeter to him. The sun felt warmer on his skin. And obviously, the reason for his amazing mood was because of the massive success he just had with Marcus back at the general store.
He had played well. He had played his cards perfectly, and now he was going to reap the big, juicy rewards from that victory.
Even the mechanical voice of the System in his head couldn't help but praise him.
[Boss, you are a legitimate genius! To play that man like a fiddle? It was masterful. He just came swimming right up to your fishing line and he bit the metal hook all by himself!]
'Of course, of course,' Alex thought to himself, fixing his hair with his hand as he walked past a window reflection. 'Nobody would be able to stand in front of me when it comes to the matter of hot women. I am the king of this game.'
Alex snickered to himself again. The deep sadness and the burning rage from the morning were slowly simmering down like a pot of soup taken off the fire. Both the stupid husband and the beautiful wife played an important role in fixing his mood. They healed him.
He walked past a fruit stand and ignored the merchant yelling prices. His mind drifted back. He thought back to the intense challenge he gave Marcus just five minutes ago.
The memory played in his head like a movie scene.
"Are you sure you are man enough for this, Marcus?" Alex had asked, leaning in close with a devilish grin.
"Just give it to me, you bastard!" Marcus had screamed, his face turning red like a tomato. "How hard could your stupid challenge actually be?! Tell me right now!"
"Alright, fine. Listen closely," Alex had said, his voice dropping to a whisper.
"Here is the challenge. I am going to pound Lily. I am going to pound her as much as I want. Day and night. And obviously, my sole goal is to make her choose me over you. A delicate, beautiful flower like her should be in the care of a powerful man like me, not a weakling like you."
"Eh??? What the fuck did you just say?!" Marcus's eyes had almost popped out of his skull.
"What? Are you deaf? Or are you just not man enough, eh? I figured." Alex had shrugged his shoulders carelessly. "I will be going then."
"Wait! Stop right there!"
Marcus had slammed his hand on the counter, making the jars shake.
"You know what? I am confident! I am confident in my wife and my love! She will never choose a bastard like you over me! So be it then! Do whatever you want to her body, but you will never succeed in stealing her heart!"
Alex suddenly had the massive urge to laugh out loud right there in the middle of the street. He literally had to bite his own lip to stop the laughter from exploding out of his mouth.
He thought about the ridiculous scene he just remembered from the store. It was so crazy. Like, seriously, which husband in their right mind will allow someone to fill his wife's pussy fully like this?
Who would do that?
What kind of man allows another man to do that to his woman?
[A cuck! A total cuck! A cuck who wants to see his wife getting taken out and used by a better man than himself. That is the only explanation!]
The System shouted this answer inside his brain.
'That's right,' Alex thought, nodding his head as he walked. 'He is only a stupid cuck. He is a loser.'
After walking for a very long time, about half an hour or maybe even thirty-five minutes, he finally came to the front of the bar.
He looked at the wooden door and pushed it open. Creak. He walked inside and the smell of alcohol hit his nose. He approached the bar counter where the bartender, John, was standing and wiping a glass.
John was the same man he had conversed with before. He was the lucky old man who had the beautiful Samantha as his wife.
Alex looked at John and tapped on the wooden counter.
"Hey, old man," Alex said. "Where is my party? Did you see them?"
John looked up from the glass he was cleaning. He pointed a finger towards the back of the room.
"They are at the back. They are sitting at the big round table. Is something exciting happening today, Alex? All six of you are here at the same time. Usually, you guys come in separately. Is it a special occasion?"
Alex grinned a wide grin.
"Don't know, old man," Alex said, leaning in a little bit. "Maybe we did strike gold. Maybe something big is happening."
Alex winked his left eye at the old man. Then he turned his body around and walked towards the back of the crowd.
He pushed past a few drunk guys and finally, there he saw them. He saw his party members. They were sitting there and discussing something furiously. They looked very serious.
'Damn, look at them,' Alex thought to himself. 'They are a typical hero party from the games and manhwas, alright. They look exactly like the clichés. So beautiful.'
Juliana was there. She was furiously saying something loud. She was actually standing up from her seat. She was leaning her body all the way across the table to slap Lisander.
Lisander was sitting there calmly. He was a swordsman with lavender-colored hair. He was a total power-hungry, edgy guy who acted cool. Although he often clashes with Alexander in the past, he sure was a good guy deep down.
'At least, in the memories that is true,' Alex thought as he watched the drama unfold.
A weak-looking guy who was sitting right next to Juliana was desperately trying to pull her down. He was tugging on her arm to get her back into her seat.
He was telling her to stop yelling over and over again. But obviously, he wasn't able to contain Juliana at all. He was way too weak for that.
'Pfff… wow,' Alex thought, shaking his head. 'That guy must be her boyfriend, Lloyd. He is even more pitiful than I can remember. He looks like a wet noodle.'
He was supposed to be a mage. A very powerful fire mage who can burn things. But it looked like all his stat points went into intelligence rather than anything physical. He had zero muscles.
Can you actually imagine that?
A mage walking around with freaking glasses on his face? A mage with four eyes? That was this nerd. He was the definition of a nerd.
On the other side of the round table, there was another woman. A beautiful, super thick blonde woman wearing shiny metal armor.
She was laughing out loud. She was holding a big glass cup. She was drinking apple juice mixed with soda. She did that so it looks like a beer to other people, but it is actually just juice.
'Ohhh holy hell,' Alex thought, his eyes going wide. 'That is Princess Victoria. Just look at her. Just look at that woman.'
She was the literal definition of peak beauty. She was amazing. She had a face card that just screamed lust at you. And she had a body card to match it perfectly. That was a dangerous combo. It was a lethal weapon.
Sitting opposite the princess, there was a timid elf woman. She was whispering things and saying soft words to try to calm the scene down. She wanted peace. But obviously, that wasn't happening. It wasn't going to work because, of course, it was Juliana causing the scene. Nobody stops Juliana.
'That elf is the healer, eh?' Alex thought, checking her out. 'She looks cute. She looks very innocent. It must be really good to corrupt her. It would be fun to break that innocence.'
He slurps his tongue loudly inside his mouth. Slurp.
Then he started walking towards the rowdy table. It was a very good thing that the whole place was a total hell hole of sound and scream. Everyone was shouting.
So this wasn't odd behavior at all. No one noticed the noise. And actually, that was one of the main reasons Juliana always chose this place to hang out. She liked the noise.
