Infinite Dimension Physique: Rise of The Lustful Devil

Chapter 139: Dimensional Abilities

Above the Soul Tempering realm, there was the Innate Domain realm. Where cultivators deploy a domain to assist with their activities. Whether it was killing, aiding, healing, or much more.

In this domain, their 'authority' over the element increases. And also, due to their soul becoming stronger and sufficient enough to bear more elemental power.

And unlike Spirit Realm, this wasn't some wannabe elemental control. Here, the cultivators have absolute authority over their elements, depending on their mastery of the said element.

But still…the element is, after all, from the mortal expanse. No matter how powerful or overpowered they are, at the end of the day, they are bound to some set of rules.

Unless a cultivator breaks through to the next realm. That is the Divine Spark realm; there is no way of increasing their effectiveness. And laws, even among the three worlds. Only a handful of them have had a glimpse of those laws before. That too, the basic laws.

The laws were divided into three categories. Those are. Fundamental laws, Greater Laws, and Supreme Laws.

The fundamental laws are divided into basic and primary, while the greater laws are further divided into Advanced and Superior.

Even in the upper realm, only the cream of the crop had mastered the Greater laws. With most of them coming under Advanced, the superior ones could be counted on a single hand.

And the Law Rahu had mastered…The Law of Death falls under the Superior category of Greater Laws!

It was simply monumental, and that too, mastering it in the mortal expanse where the rules are tight and messy. It required more than just talent.

As he heard the voice chime in his head, Rahu closed his eyes, and the souls of the fallen slowly integrated with his soul and his core! His [Dimensional Core] started to swell, and it slowly began to expand.

Earlier, it was the size of a handball; now it is growing and expanding. It was becoming larger and larger at an alarming rate.

After a few minutes, it finally stopped. Rahu raised his brows at the size of his [Dimensional Core]. Its radius was almost an entire…mile! Rahu's body shook ever so slightly. There was no mana surging towards him; it was his core that was supplying the dimensional energy to his body.

Raising his hand, he concentrated on the palm of his hand. A second later, milky white energy began to form, and unlike last time when he broke through the Vital Core realm, it was snuffed in an instant. But now, he could control this one; the dimensional energy was oozing from this.

[DING!]

[Congrats to the Host for absorbing a hundred thousand souls!]

[Your Soul had already grown powerful enough when you had mastered the Law of Death! But, after absorbing those souls, it has grown even stronger! Unlocking some basic dimensional abilities!]

As Rahu read those messages, his eyes shone curiously. Although he was a bit confused about how the soul was related to the element of Death. He still kept quiet and glanced at the interface.

[Dimensional Veil: You can exist in a layered dimensional state]

[Dimensional Shift: You can shift into the Dimensions…you absorb]

[Dimensional Step: A movement technique that skips dimensional continuity]

[Note: Your soul is strong, but it is still not strong enough to…Devour Dimensions. So, as you can see, either must master a Greater Law or Devour sufficient Souls. Also, for now, you can use your Dimensional Core temporarily to shift dimensions.

[DING!]

[Quest detected: Devour 300,000 souls or Master a single basic law!]

[Reward: Dimensional Devour! One of the core abilities of the physique which will be immensely helpful to the host!]

"Oh? No wonder my system said I couldn't use it, the energy generator and conductor itself would break apart if the previous me were to attempt it." Rahu glanced at the messages and read them all carefully. But by the end, his eyes shone greedily as he licked his lips.

"Three hundred thousand? Heh, there will be far more!" Rahu chuckled and shook his head, focusing on his core. He tried to use the Dimensional Veil. The description said he could exist in a layered dimension state.

Miranthu was watching him curiously from the side, wondering what he was doing. After all, it was rare to see him so focused on something when a bombshell of a babe was standing right in front of him.

But as she continued to watch him, to her utter horror. Rahu slowly began to fade from existence, as if he never existed.

"Oy! R-Rahu! Where are you!? You bastard! Don't scare me like that!" Miranthu shouted, just as she was about to move, a hand grabbed her from behind and shut her loud mouth.

"Why are you shouting? I was just testing some new abilities there." Rahu's figure slowly materialised behind her back. Rahu nodded in satisfaction; the wait and the price were worth it.

Just before the Dimensional Veil was activated, he saw a wall made of hexagon shapes surrounding him. The wall stretched infinitely and overlapped at the same time. He merely stood there; it was as if his existence itself was erased.

And from the words of the system, he could guess that the hexagonal wall he saw surely belonged to his Dimensional Core.

And after that, he had tested Dimensional Step. It was insane, even with his new powers. He merely glimpsed into the workings of this technique. It seems that from now on, he should start focusing on his Dimensional Energy more from now on.

"What type of abilities are these? Oh! And yes, what happened inside the trial! I'm sure you have got the Inheritance, quick, spill it! What was it!?" Miranthu spoke excitedly in his arms, eager to know about the powers Rahu wielded.

Eyrx and the two Ravanas, too, stood by the side and listened. Though they didn't dare ask that question outright, fearing his mood. What could they do if he suddenly lacked some souls? And not to brag, but they were some of the powerful Origin Realm cultivators from their House! So, who could say he wasn't tempted to have some Origin Realm souls?

Hearing her question, Rahu suddenly burst out in hysterical laughter.

"Inheritance? No, dear—that wasn't an inheritance. The real one is still in this realm!"
