"Kate, how did it go?" A beautiful lady with deep blue eyes and contrasting wavy red hair, standing at the entrance of a private room, asked while looking at Kate who had just arrived.

The lady was dressed in a light, fitted summer dress that traced her waist and flowed smoothly over her hips, subtly accentuating her curves. The breathable fabric and delicate straps left her shoulders bare.

Her figure was very enchanting, despite her face that indicated that she was still in her teenage years.

"I'm not sure if I should say that it went well or not." Kate responded.

After taking a cab with Michael, they had headed straight back to Riverside residential community. Adrian had already prepared a good meal for them, and she made sure to enjoy the meal.

"Can you stop overthinking sometimes? Anyway, just as I have told you, the food that I ate is way better than what can be prepared here. I know that you don't believe me, but I will take you there some time, so that you can see for yourself." Kate shook her head as she said.

This friend of hers, she was usually so much of an overthinker. She could easily turn a simple event into a historical narration.

Susan looked at Kate, who looked back at her without averting her gaze. By looking at Kate's expression, it seemed that she was not lying.

But this was something that surprised Susan. After all, it was not that easy for Kate to be able to praise someone. So, how come she was so confident that the food that was prepared by the other party was better than the one that could be prepared here?

When Susan noticed Kate's expression, she realized that she had misspoke. She chuckled mischievously before she asked, "If that did not happen, why are you blushing?"
