Upon hearing Michael's question, Carol finally came back to her senses. She deeply looked at Michael, before she asked, "Is it possible for you to sing a song on the stage?"

To this, Michael simply shook his head. He had already sang a song, and that was enough. Additionally, he did not see the need for him to do this.

He could tell that Carol simply wanted to confirm if what the previous guy had said was true or not. And, Michael would not gain anything at the end of it all.

In any case, there was no need for him to do this. And, he was not someone who would end up doing things just because others told him to do so.

Seeing Michael shaking his head, Carol fell into a moment of silence. Then, she asked, "Then, what can I do to have you sing?"

"Nothing. I just don't want to sing." Michael shook his head as he said.

Carol could not help but feel a little frustrated. She wasn't really sure how to convince Michael to sing. Of course, she had no intention of trying to force him to do that.

She was not delusional to believe that just because she was a star, everyone was obliged to do what she wanted. Additionally, Michael was here together with this group of young masters. It was clear, his background wasn't small either.

Moreover, from the way that the people around were treating him, it seemed that his standing within this place was the highest.

Considering all those factors, it was impossible for her to try forcing Michael to do what he did not want.

Still, she felt uncomfortable. After all, someone had just claimed that Michael was better than her. She just wanted to know the gap between them.

As a faint blush appeared on her cheeks, she asked, "Then, how about this? If you can sing better then me as that guy said, I will become your girlfriend. Can that work?"

"Sorry, but I'm not interested." Michael still shook his head.

He had to admit, Carol was beautiful. She had her own charm when compared to Kate. But still, Michael wasn't just interested in the beauty.

Michael's response made many people around speechless. That was especially for the men.

They wished that they could switch places with Michael. As long as they had the same level of skills as Michael did, would that not imply that they would be able to gain a superstar girlfriend?

Just the thought of having Carol as their girlfriend, it was a fantasy that many of them wanted to fulfill. And then, thinking further...

As for Carol's agent, she quickly pulled Carol away. At the same time, she whispered to her, "What are you doing? Don't forget, you are a star. If something like this is used against you, it can completely tarnish your reputation."

Even she herself had not expected that Carol would suggest something like that. And, at the moment, within this VIP room, there was quite a number of people.

So, she did not believe that there was a possibility that this guy, who had probably not yet been born when she was interested in music, or was still feeding on breast milk, had the capability of surpassing her.

"Hey, why did you not agree? You could just agree to have her as your girlfriend. Then, after you are tired of her, you can just let her go. After all, you are not the one who pursued her, right?" A young man suddenly whispered into Michael's ear.

Michael completely ignored those words as though he had not heard them completely. And Raymond, who was sitting right next to Michael, also managed to hear what that guy had said.

He could not help but glare at him. At the moment, he hoped that Michael and Kate would get together. If that happened, then the Morgan family would gain a great connection.

With the connection to Michael, there was a possibility of breaking into the central province. So, how could he allow someone to try and make Michael focus on another woman?

"Michael, ignore this idiot. Anyway, what do you think about performing a song so that she can leave? From the way that she is, it seems that she has no intention of leaving." Raymond said to Michael in a low voice.

Raymond was left momentarily speechless when he heard Michael's response. Still, he felt that what Michael said made sense.

In any case, it was not as though they had been locked here. If Carol decided not to leave, they could leave.

At the end of the day, they had already enjoyed themselves for quite a while now. They had already performed, showcasing their skills, even though he was not allowed, and it wasn't that bad if they left.

Additionally, he thought of something. If they left here, maybe they could take Michael somewhere else? They could make sure that he spent the entire day with them.

Then, if they went back to the underground fighting arena, maybe there was a possibility that they could make some cash. Even though there were no big fights today, as a big one had just happened two days ago, still, those fights could still earn them some money.

Raymond did not have the hopes of winning 60 times his stake. But, he thought, even if he could just double his bet, that would be enough.

When Michael spoke, he did not speak in a low voice at all. So, of course, Carol heard him clearly. And, looking at his expression, he seemed to be serious.

This left her even more frustrated. Just why was this guy so relentless? Could he not just perform a single song for her?

If she could, she really would have offered him money to perform. But, from the fact that he was here, it was clear that he did not lack money, at least what she could offer.

But, there was really nothing that she could offer Michael at the moment. After all, he had already refused her becoming his girlfriend.

As she was still puzzled about this, her agent suddenly whispered to her ears, "Let's leave. There is no need to continue lingering here. You can see, he doesn't have the intention of singing for you. So, it is better not to waste more time here."

"Seriously? Are you that obsessed with singing?" Looking at the lady who was walking beside him while staring at him, Michael could not help but ask as he stopped, gazing at her.
