The two Earth Overturning Great monsters were focused on keeping Count Falgur away from the injured monsters as he was the only person present here who was capable of killing it.

For that reason, they were not paying much attention to anything else. Specially someone giving off the aura of a weak low level knight was not a big deal at all.

Even in its injured state, the Earth Overturning Great monster should be able to take care of something minor like that without any problem.

Weiss took advantage of this situation and got closer to the monster who was currently weakly lying on the ground trying to recover as much as it could. With its current weakened state even going under the ground was not possible.

It was able to sense Weiss getting closer and casually sent a tail bash toward her. This simple attack was more that strong enough to put most low level knights in fatal danger.

But for Weiss, it was nothing. She easily dodged it and came even closer to the monster, beside a spot where it was already injured.

In her hands, Weiss was holding two of the daggers that were responsible for the current terrible situation of this mighty monster. She had gotten them from Dex.

She needed to do more research to find out what these daggers were actually capable of. But for the time being, she had found out that these daggers were of better quality that the weapons that she had.

So even though they had a limited reach, Weiss had decided to still use them. And she used two of them with both of hers hands to attack the flesh of the monster again and again.

As the Earth Overturning Great monster tried to move it's large body to attack her and throw her away, Weiss continued to target it's wounds and widened them little by little.

This way, the monster lost more and more blood. With that, over time it became so weak that even moving a little was very hard for it now.

So once again it let out a loud cry for help. As soon as the two other Earth Overturning Great monsters heard it, they stopped fighting the count tried to get back to it.

The count was not sure what was happening but it was his chance. As now the monsters were not blocking him, he quickly started to go toward the location where the injured Earth Overturning Great monster was supposed to be.

His invincible defense had a time limit attached to it and that was soon approaching. So he needed to be fast.

As soon as the beast roared, Weiss immediately hid herself while completely Isolating her life force. In this situation, only regular senses like the sight, smell and such could be used to find her.

But these monsters were not good with any of those senses. And now that the smell of blood was overpowering evrything here, it was even harder to locate her.

So as Weiss hid, the two monsters came and saw that their child had gotten even more injured. But even after trying to sense the person responsible for this, they managed to find no one with life force nearby except for the count.

This made the beasts even more angry and they thought that all the trouble would be solved if they could just kill this person off who was a massive pain in the ass and was not getting hurt no matter what they did.

So both of the monsters started attacking the count again and this time, they were even more ferocious.

The barrier of the count should still be active for one more hour, which was more that enough time for the count to kill the injured beast and get away from the two monsters.

So he did not care at all about how he was being attacked. His only aim was to reach the injured beast. So while trusting the barrier to block all the attacks for him, Count Falgur only tried to not get blown away and get close to the injured beast.

Weiss had seen before from a long distance how the count was managing to fight both of the beasts alone but she had no idea how. But now she had finally managed to find it out.

Looking at the barrier protecting the count's body, Weiss was sure that it was something related to magi and the magic. The life force could not do something like this.

After seeing this, Weiss became more interested in the count than even the Earth Overturning Great monster. But for the time Being there was nothing that she was able to do except for waiting for a good opportunity.

But this again showed Weiss that Jonus was right. Magus system truly was superior to the Knight system.

After a lot of effort, the count finally managed to reach the beast and in front of its mother and father pair, he managed to split the head of the Earth Overturning Great monster open. The already badly injured monster finally died.

Seeing this, both of the monsters went mad and sent the count flying. But again, because of the barrier, he was still unharmed.

When he had split open the head, the count had taken the most important thing that he needed, which was the monster stone of the beast. He also wanted to get his hands on the liver of this monster but taking that would take a lot of time which he currently did not have.

So the count decided to be satisfied with the monster stone alone. This would be enough to make him to reach the rank of a Grand Knight.

And as he now knew that there were more Earth Overturning Great monsters here, he could just return here after becoming a grand knight and kill this two monsters to take their livers away.

With this in his mind, the count immediately started to run away. He needed to get to a safe location before his barrier's time was over.

As for the the two super angry monsters, they immediately chased after him. It was impossible for them to just allow the count to get away after killing their offspring.

After all of them had went away, Weiss came out of her hiding spot. What had happened here was very unexpected for her.

The barrier protecting the count was just way too strong. So even if she went all out, she would not have been able to do anything about that barrier. That was why she kept in hiding without making any moves.

If the barrier had disappeared then she might have been able to do something. But the barrier remained the same from the beginning to the end.

Still Weiss was sure that this barrier had a time limit. Or there was no reason for the count to run away now.

Even though he had taken the most valuable material from the Earth Overturning Great monster, there were still a lot of very useful things left in its body.

As Weiss was thinking this, she was also trying to dismantle the body of the monster. Now that the monster was not moving around when she was trying to cut it, Weiss was having a much easier time.

She must get the liver of the monster and also the special organ located near it's ear that was capable of sensing the life force of a knight. After the monster stone, these two were the more valuable part of this monster's body.

As for the core, Weiss had not given up on it even now. After she was done here, she was going to find the count. Even more than the monster stone, she was more interested in learning what the count knew about the magus.

Weiss was staying very alert about the two Earth Overturning Great monsters returning while she was dismantling the dead monster as soon as she could. Fortunately for her, Weiss sensed them coming back only after more an hour had passed.

By this time, she was already done thoroughly dismantling it and taking away everything of great value. The only things that she had left behind were the hide, scales, meat, some of the useless organs and the bones.

Weiss was still quite disappointed about leaving behind most of the meat as she really wanted them. And the scales and bones would also have been very good for making various equipments.

But even with her incredible strength, it was impossible for her to carry so much. She had still taken some meat and bones but that amount was not even one percent of the amount that the monster actually had.

After the two Earth Overturning Great monsters returned back, they saw the dismantled body their child and became angry again. Even with their best efforts, they had not managed to punish that troublesome human. So it had been a loss for them in all fronts.

After that, both of the beasts started to use their innate ability to control the ground and bury the remaining dead body. It took a lot of time to do but after they were done, both of them also disappeared inside the ground.

The count was resting inside a tree hollow while trying to heal his wounds. He had managed to get rid of the two monster by using his presence concealing bracelet.

But after his barrier was gone and his bracelet had also stopped functioning, he was attacked by a group of monsters. He did manage to defeat them even though he was very tired, he got quite a few extra wounds during the process. So currently he was trying to heal from them here.
