The polearm bearing giant puppet moved a little bit and swang the bladed part of the polearm toward Weiss. Fortunately as the speed of this first attack was not very high, she managed to dodge it with her Fleet Footed Steps.

But the puppet did not stop or lose momentum at all and continued to attack her. The more it moved, the faster it started to become.

From this, Weiss guessed that this puppet had remained unmoved for a long time and because of that, it had became a bit sluggish. But now that it had started to move again, this sluggishness was slowly going away.

So Weiss decided to go on the offensive as quickly as she could. It was to her best interest to finish the fight as soon as possible. Dragging it out for longer would be very dangerous.

Bow and arrows were useless here so Weiss was only using the sword. The spear was still on her back but she did not take it out of the time being.

So while running toward the puppet, she dodged all the polearm attacks without allowing her speed to slow down. Then as soon as she reached before the feet of the puppet, she slashed at it while boosting the sword with her potent life force.

The metallic body of this golem was also protected by the same kind of barrier from before. If Weiss had not done her research on it beforehand, this battle would have become a lot tougher. But as she was already familiar with the weakness of the barrier, she was not too worried about it.

With her sword slash, she did manage to breach the barrier but it turned out that the barrier on the puppet was a bit thicker compared to the one that was on the metal wall. So it was slightly more powerful.

So Weiss was not able to break it with just one attack. But she again dodged the polearm attack of the puppet and targetted the same breached spot as before with pin point precision.

This attack was enough to finally go through the whole barrier. And even though the metal used to make this puppet was also stronger than normal, it was still nothing before Weiss's life force boosted sword.

So just like this, Weiss managed to cut of one of the legs of this puppet. And as this puppet only had two legs like a human, it was soon going to lose it balance. This way, the battle going forward should become much easier.

But as Weiss was about to continue her attacking, she saw something that made her to furrow her eye brows. She saw that the leg that she had cut was acting like a gelatinous liquid and was trying to reattach itself back.

Weiss could buy afford to allow that. She needed to inflict more damage to the puppet before if could move properly again.

With this in mind, Weiss decided to push herself a little bit and used a newly created special technique called "Storm Assault".

This was a technique that Weiss had created especially for Elise. As she was super specialised in speed, in the same realm, her agility attribute was higher than even Weiss's.

And this Storm Assault move could make that agility to be even greater. And when her attacks landed, her Agility attribute would be able to fulfill the function of the Strength attribute too.

So while using this technique, Elise would be able to match even Weiss for at least a little bit, even though Weiss was way stronger than her. That was how broken this new technique was.

But it had a very large drawback. As the body of the user was not strong enough to withstand that kind of speed, even a high level knight like Elise could keep this technique activated for just a minute or two.

But as Weiss had a stronger body than most knights because of her all around development, she could afford to keep this technique up for a little bit longer than others.

So with Weiss using it, her strength would reach infinitely close to that of a Grand Knight. But as Weiss had no idea how strong a Grand Knight actually was, she could only speculate regarding this matter.

So with this technique activated, Weiss moved extremely quickly and started to destroy the puppet as much as she could while it was not moving properly.

Her next target was the right arm of the puppet that was holding the polearm. And this time, she managed to cut it off with just one fast and strong swing of her sword.

This was a very major achievement but Weiss did not waste any time celebrating it and instead, she immediately moved on to attack the next part of the puppet.

So with her lightning fast movement speed, she managed to devide the puppet into more than 10 pieces. But even after that, it did not become inactive. It was slowly but surely trying to heal itself again.

But Weiss did not mind it. After losing its limbs and various other parts, this puppet had become completely immobile and was not a threat anymore. So she calmly started to search for the core that was powering this puppet.

Just like with the moving armours that Weiss had found in the ground floor, she was sure that there was something similar to the fake core in this puppet too. So if she could find that, she would be able to make it to stop moving.

But as the body of this puppet was much larger in size, she needed much more time to find that out. And with the barrier covering it, Weiss was unable or sense any energy flow from inside the puppet.

That was the reason why she needed a lot of time before she was able to find the "fake core" like part of this powerful puppet.

During this searching process, Weiss was surprised attacked once. The polearm like weapon had suddenly started moving all by itself without the assistance of the puppet.

This attack had managed to truly take her by surprise and had damage the left side of her body quite badly. But then she had chopped up the polearm like weapon into several pieces and had gotten rid of it's danger.

And the location where she finally managed to find the core was the location where a man's balls or a lady's vagina would be. And as soon as the she took the core out of there, the regeneration process of the puppet stopped.

After this, Weiss sat down on the ground while panting lightly. The use of the Storm Assault and the last sudden injury had made her quite a bit tired. So she decided to rest for a bit and recover before doing anything else.
