Cultivating in the Wizard World

Chapter 101: Movements from All Sides

"It seems the commotion from the promotion was still too great." Jeming opened his eyes, a shimmer of uncontrollable luminescence flickering within.

It was the result of the overly powerful Spiritual Power naturally dispersing after the promotion.

Fortunately, Jeming managed to keep it under control quickly, relying on his experience during the Foundation Establishment Stage.

"Let's leave here first!" Jeming quickly made a decision, "The noise from the promotion attracted quite a few creatures; from now on, every promotion will occur in a different location!"

"Alright!"

"Agreed!"

The trio's opinions swiftly reached a consensus. Amy and Victor followed closely behind Jeming. As the surrounding beast horde closed in, the three rapidly withdrew from the underground chamber, blending ghost-like into the dark forest once more.

After the promotion, Jeming's aura became even more restrained, his movements swifter, every landing almost silent, making it somewhat challenging for Amy and Victor to barely keep up.

While the trio was circling around looking for the next promotion site, at this moment in the Elorcia Plane, every inch of land had become a battlefield.

Since tens of thousands of Nolun Academy Wizards Apprentices were "scattered" into the Elorcia Plane, this vast land had become their testing ground.

Unlike traditional armies, Wizards are more skilled at individual or small team combat, a characteristic that dictates their mode of invasion.

The Wizard Base Camp and Elorcia Plane Alliance frontline battles had become increasingly fierce.

The main force from Nolun Workshop, originally under deliberate control, was in a stalemate with the Elorcia Gods Alliance.

However, just after the apprentices entered the plane, the Wizard Base Camp's offensive suddenly multiplied several times.

The blazing witchcraft brilliance tore through the sky, Rune Fortress built by wizards pushed forward, terrifying summons charged roaringly.

The wrathful offensive was undoubtedly intended to draw as much attention as possible from the Elorcia Plane Alliance, striving to give the dispersed Wizard Apprentices more space to maneuver.

Allowing them to infiltrate and wreak havoc from the hinterlands, while also not being swiftly killed by the Elorcia Plane's strongmen.

Meanwhile, behind the Elorcia Plane Alliance, the apprentices showcased their skills.

David became like a moving war fortress; upon landing, he didn't hesitate in the slightest, bullishly choosing to charge directly at the nearest Beastman Tribe camp.

The giant axe he carried emanated ferocity mixed with Earth Element and Metal, every swing raising thunderous echoes of upheaval.

The sheer force of destruction reduced the Beastman camps in his path to ruins, leaving only mangled limbs and scorched earth.

Especially after the Contribution Points leaderboard was published, and his ranking was surpassed by Jeming, his offensive became increasingly frenzied.

Soon enough, David's name spread even among the indigenous people.

But similarly, this also meant he faced rapidly increasing danger.

At the same time, Seraphina Night Shadow blended like a wisp of smoke into the darkness, infiltrating an indigenous town at the border of the Elf Kingdom.

She was adept at Illusion Techniques and stealth, her presence almost unnoticed.

Her goal wasn't destruction but intelligence.

She infiltrated every corner of the town, collecting local maps, power distributions, and various policies.

She even attempted to incite unrest after gaining legal status, trying to incite and recruit factions dissatisfied with the Elf Royal Court or certain gods.

In a secluded valley far from the battlefield, Kaelen Vania, who had advanced to First Level Wizard, was absorbed in research on the Elorcia Plane, holding ancient tomes.

His goal was to construct a large-scale Rune Array, intending to massively interfere with the plane's Energy Cycle or replicate some local Divine Magic, providing strategic level support for the main wizard forces.

Meanwhile, in a preliminary cleared underground space, Reks Magnus, clad in hefty Power Armor billowing hot steam, meticulously set up his Alchemy Workshop.

Relying on some initial production lines and proficient Alchemy, Reks's underground workshop quickly reached operational status.

One after another, exquisitely shaped Mechanical Bodies formed and left the production line, precisely lined up inside the hollowed-out mountain.

Wizard Apprentices penetrated the Elorcia Plane in a comprehensive and diverse manner.

During this period, some apprentices relied on unique talents, successfully infiltrating into indigenous factions, obtaining high positions.

Even becoming a leader in certain places within a short time, embedding themselves in deeper layers of concealment.

But simultaneously, countless unfortunate ones due to overconfidence, strategic mishaps, or sheer bad luck exposed their identities or were discovered by the enemy.

They were hunted down one by one by the strongmen of the Elorcia Plane, paying with their lives.

...

...

As Wizard Apprentices grew increasingly active, a grim atmosphere settled within a magnificent palace held aloft by a giant Floating Island in the central Elorcia Continent.

Inside the grand hall, around a massive round table, numerous racial leaders sat gathered.

They represented their clans and the gods behind them—a human King clad in Golden Battle Armor, an Elf Queen draped in green robes, the determined Dwarf Elder, and the burly Beastman Chief adorned with totems, even the Dragon King, who despite transformed into humanoid form still had wings and tail.

A dozen or more participants surrounded the table, with thousands of attendants seated behind them. Before each was placed a dimly glowing communication crystal, connected to frontline reports.

"The Northern Realm's offensive has intensified again!" An anxious human noble slammed the table heavily, "The Wizards' giant Mechanical Bodies are advancing like lunatics, the Thunder Knight Order has suffered over half casualties!"

"Our forest defenses are under immense pressure as well!" the Elf Queen's voice carried a hint of fatigue, "Those creatures seemingly from the Abyss are endless, and new Wizard summons have appeared, they look like conglomerates of shadows, capable of corroding Life Energy!"

The conference's opening centered around strategies responding to the sudden intensification of the main wizard forces' offensive, creating a somber atmosphere.

After intense discussion and deployment, the Beastman Chief, with a rough voice tinged with impatience, spoke: "Leaving aside the main forces of those Foreign Demons for now, it's high time we discuss those 'Foreign Evil Gods' and 'new reinforcements'!"

By "Foreign Evil Gods," he naturally referred to those High Tier Wizards who've twice forcibly torn plane barriers within a short period, revealing immense spectral shadows.

Though their twice 'fake-death escape' successfully deceived the gods, making them believe the invaders were limited in strength, those massive phantoms and the force tearing plane barriers continued to unsettle the indigenous people.
