Chapter 1124: Wrap Everything In The Capital City Nicely.

Chapter 1124: Chapter 1124: Wrap Everything In The Capital City Nicely.

"Once our first flagship store is officially operational, we can closely monitor sales data to see which products sell the fastest." Bai Xifeng continued laying out her strategy. "If certain items prove wildly popular, we can immediately increase their stock. If a product line stalls, we can reduce its production or replace it with something far better."

She offered a sharp, confident smile. "A successful business must constantly adapt to match customer demand. We cannot simply offer whatever we feel like and naively expect people to buy it."

Her subordinates listened intently, deeply impressed. None of them had ever contemplated business strategy from such an advanced perspective before. To them, opening a store simply meant renting a building, stocking it with goods, hiring a few shop hands, and patiently waiting for customers to walk through the door.

Yet Bai Xifeng’s approach was entirely revolutionary. She was not merely selling products. She was creating an entire luxury shopping culture.

"I see! So Master has already secured the land. That is wonderful news." Yu Xiaoqing asked eagerly. "When are we officially set to depart for Xianying City?"

"In two days. Wrap up all your local affairs here first." Bai Xifeng instructed firmly. "Make sure the managers we leave behind thoroughly understand their duties. I don’t want to hear reports that the Capital shops have fallen into chaos after we depart."

"Rest assured, Master! We will arrange everything flawlessly." Fu Peizhi promised, bowing his head.

"No, Master." Everyone answered.

"Does anyone have any further questions or reports for me?" Bai Xifeng asked.

"No, Master!" Everyone answered in unison.

"Good. You are all dismissed for the night." Bai Xifeng said with a wave of her hand.

"Yes, Master!" Another crisp, synchronised response echoed through the room as her subordinates bowed politely and began exiting one after another.

Bai Xifeng quietly watched them leave until the courtyard cleared out, leaving only Xiao Li standing quietly by her side.

"Why haven’t you headed back to rest yet?" Bai Xifeng asked, turning her head toward Xiao Li.

"Young Miss, I am your personal maid! Since you are here, it is my duty to attend to you." Xiao Li stated as a matter of fact, adjusting her robes.

"Alright, fair enough." Bai Xifeng nodded with a smile.

Just then, a crisp knock echoed against the courtyard gate.

Xiao Li immediately hurried over to answer it, pulling the heavy wooden doors open to reveal two young women standing outside in the lantern light. They were none other than her young miss’s close academy friends.

"Is Xifeng still awake?" Xie Lanying asked, poking her head in.

"Yes, Young Miss is still up." Xiao Li stated politely.

"Xiao Li, who is it at the door...?" Bai Xifeng called out, strolling over from behind. Seeing Xie Lanying and Xie Qingge standing outside, she blinked in surprise. "Oh! It’s you two. What are you doing coming this late? Come on in!"

Xiao Li stepped aside gracefully, bowing as she granted the two girls plenty of room to enter the courtyard.

"I will go fetch some fresh tea and hot snacks for the guests." Xiao Li bowed politely before turning to head toward the kitchen.

Xie Lanying silently watched Xiao Li’s departing figure, her eyes lingering for a few extra seconds.

"Why are you staring at Xiao Li like that?" Bai Xifeng raised an eyebrow playfully.

"You really are a proper young lady from a wealthy, prestigious family, aren’t you?" Xie Lanying remarked, shaking her head.

"What’s that supposed to mean?" Bai Xifeng asked, amused.

"I am just saying, she must have an incredibly tough time serving an unpredictable young lady like you." Xie Lanying stated with a light smirk.

"What do you mean ’tough time’?! I am literally the easiest, most relaxed young lady in the entire Capital to serve!" Bai Xifeng bragged shamelessly, crossing her arms.

"Yeah, yeah... I’d have to be a complete idiot to actually believe that." Xie Lanying deadpanned.

"You...!" Bai Xifeng dramatically rolled her eyes.

Not long after, Xiao Li returned carrying a wooden tray, carefully placing a pot of hot tea and a plate of freshly baked pastries on the table before serving them with practiced grace.

Xie Lanying’s gaze drifted back to Xiao Li, her eyes scanning her up and down before turning back to Bai Xifeng.

"Xifeng... no wonder you kept complaining earlier about being flat and wanting to eat more food." Xie Lanying stated dryly, a subtle smirk forming on her face.

"Ha! You noticed it too, right?!" Bai Xifeng grinned mischievously, bursting into laughter.

Standing nearby, Xiao Li flinched instantly as her ears turned red, immediately realizing that they were openly talking about her chest again. She quickly lowered her head, nervously staring at her shoes and desperately pretending to be stone deaf.

"By the way, this must be your very first time meeting them, right, Xiao Li?" Bai Xifeng said, turning to her maid.

"Xiao Li, these two are Xie Lanying and Xie Qingge from the prominent Xie Family in Nanning City." Bai Xifeng formally introduced her friends.

"And you two, this is my loyal personal maid, Xiao Li. She’s been taking care of me for a very long time." Bai Xifeng added, introducing Xiao Li to her companions.

Both sides exchanged polite nods of greeting.

"Nanning City? Is that..." Xiao Li paused, trying to recall.

"Yeah, it is one of the cities in the Yue Kingdom." Bai Xifeng nodded casually.

"Ah, I see..." Xiao Li nodded in understanding.

"So, what brings you two over to my courtyard at this hour?" Bai Xifeng asked, shifting the subject.

"We came over to ask when you plan to officially depart for Xianying City." Xie Lanying stated, taking a sip of her tea.
