Chapter 656: Arrival at Gui Feng City

"Guess I’ll have to get used to having you with me soon, Han Di." He said and shook his head at the Natal Puppet whom he addressed as Han Di.

It was still odd to him knowing that the human-like looking Han Di was a Natal Puppet beneath its disguise.

"Please come with me." The waiter said and led him into the dining area of the inn.

Lee He Song saw that the dining area was crowded and he asked, "Business has been so good all this while."

"Oh, it’s even better a week ago.

"I guess something happened on some of the routes to Gui Feng City.

"Most likely robbers or vagrants due to the war up in the north.

"Don’t worry, it wouldn’t be something that the Governor couldn’t deal with." The waiter said while he poured a cup of tea for Lee He Song and Han Di.

Lee He Song nodded his head at the waiter and he pondered on what the waiter had said.

It seemed like the Governor hadn’t let the citizens know, except for mobilizing the sects, clans and families in Gui Feng City.

Which was something that he could understand.

If the citizens caught wind of things, they would be buying up all the food and resources to ensure their own survival first.

And it would make it difficult for the Governor to manage things in the city if that happened.

This Governor was so much better than the one they had in Hong Feng City.

Even though the Governor in Hong Feng City tried for a while, he had somehow turned back into his old self again.
