She pursed her lips before asking, "Did your master tell you she bought that as food for you?"

Wes blinked his big dog eyes. "Does that even need to be said? If it wasn’t for me to eat, why would Master have brought it home?"

"Yeah." Wes admitted it outright. "I couldn’t stand that whiny little thing from the start. That night, Master even carried it into the room to sleep but locked me outside. That really pissed me off, so the next day I ate it in one gulp!"

Renee Jennings: "Did you carry the kitten into your room to sleep and lock Wes outside?"
