Kado took a sudden step forward, his foot seeming to land squarely on the earth’s pulse.

HUM!

An invisible force field erupted from him, spreading outward like ripples in water! Gravity Domain!

In an instant, everyone felt their bodies sink heavily, as if an invisible mountain was pressing down on them. Under the suppression of this Power, the violently shaking earth visibly calmed down! Even the giant boulders plummeting from the sky stalled, as though caught in a thick quagmire.

Kado’s eyes widened. His knotted muscles bulged like blocks of granite. Pushing the power of his Domain to its absolute limit, he roared at the ground, “Get out here!”

His voice seemed to pierce straight through the earth’s crust.

BOOM!

In the center of the Valley, a hundred meters ahead of the group, the ground violently exploded! Dirt and rocks blasted into the sky as a massive, hideous head burrowed out from beneath the earth!

It was a Giant Beast over a hundred meters long. Its body looked like countless rocks pieced together, covered in a thick, yellowish-brown carapace. It had no eyes, only a massive, circular maw filled with ring upon ring of Sharp Teeth.

Abyssal Earth Worm!

Seemingly enraged by Kado’s provocation, it let out a deafening screech. More than half of its body arched out of the ground, triggering a minor earthquake. A frenzied Domain aura spread recklessly, suppressing everyone present until they could barely breathe.

A Domain Level Magical Beast!

Just as the Abyssal Earth Worm aimed its terrifying maw at Kado, ready to launch an attack…

HUM! HUM! HUM! HUM!

From the ranks of the Hill Giants behind Kado, one, two, three… a full dozen equally powerful Domain auras erupted simultaneously without warning! Over a dozen Domain Level Hill Giants took a step forward in unison.

Their majestic momentum merged into one, pressing down toward the Abyssal Earth Worm like a genuine mountain peak! Under this overwhelming pressure that felt like a Celestial Fall, the Abyssal Earth Worm’s frenzied arrogance was instantly crushed. Its massive body even sank involuntarily.

Its simple intelligence could not comprehend the scene before it. It had just been woken from its slumber by the commotion on the surface. It had only just poked its head out, so how did so many experts of the same tier suddenly appear?

Before it could react, Kado made his move. He pushed off the ground, his massive body launching forward like a cannonball. Instantly crossing the hundred-meter gap, he threw a punch straight at the Abyssal Earth Worm’s head.

“Die!”

The Abyssal Earth Worm opened its giant maw and blasted a breath of mixed dirt and rock at Kado. Kado didn’t dodge or hide; he fully activated his Gravity Domain. The breath was forcefully deflected downward right in front of him, crashing harmlessly into the ground.

Immediately after, the other Domain Level Giants sprang into action. Some flanked from the sides, while others leaped high into the air. Using the purest form of physical Power, they launched the most ferocious siege!

BOOM! BOOM! BOOM!

Fists, knees, and elbows rained down on the Abyssal Earth Worm’s rocky carapace. Every impact produced a deafening blast, sending large swaths of rock fragments flying.

This was no longer a battle; it was a one-sided beatdown. Surrounded and pummeled by over a dozen Domain Level Giants of the same tier, the once-arrogant Domain Level Magical Beast couldn’t even put up a decent fight. It could only let out agonizing, impotent screeches.

Barely half a minute later, Kado delivered a devastatingly powerful knee strike. It landed precisely on the Abyssal Earth Worm’s lower jaw, knocking its entire head clean off.

CRACK!

Amidst the loud sound of shattering bones, the Abyssal Earth Worm’s massive body crashed to the ground, completely devoid of life.

Deathly silence fell over the Valley. All the humans—Knights and workers alike—stared dumbfounded at the scene, their minds completely blank.

Kado grinned, revealing a mouth full of white teeth. “Looks like we have an extra meal tonight. Though… the meat on this thing doesn’t look too appetizing.”

He walked over to the Abyssal Earth Worm’s corpse and kicked its rock-like carapace, producing a dull thud. He frowned, looking somewhat disgusted.

“My gods! What did I just see?”

“Over a dozen… over a dozen Domain Level Powerhouses!”

The workers’ gazes toward the Hill Giants shifted from initial awe mixed with fear to absolute, profound reverence.

When the procession set off again, the atmosphere was entirely different. No Magical Beast dared to spy on them anymore. The auras of those Domain Level Powerhouses acted as the most potent Beast-Repelling Potion, forcing all the Magical Beasts in the Black Stone Mountain Range to cower and tremble in their lairs.

The rest of the journey was completely unobstructed. At dusk, when the sunset’s afterglow dyed the horizon in magnificent, fiery clouds, the massive procession finally reached its destination.

The Valley of the Giant’s Sleep.

This was an incredibly vast basin surrounded by the continuous peaks of the Black Stone Mountain Range, which formed a natural barrier. A crystal-clear river meandered through the western side of the Valley, its banks lined with flat, fertile land covered in knee-high green grass. Dense Magic Energy permeated the air; a single deep breath made one feel a surge of Power coursing through their limbs and bones.

“What a great place…” Kado stood at the entrance of the Valley and took a deep breath, his face showing heartfelt joy and satisfaction.

He could feel the earth beneath his feet resonating with him and the energy in the air nourishing his body. This place was naturally meant to be the home of the Hill Giants.
