Divine Emperor of Death

Chapter 4629: Two Magical Beast Galaxies Enter

Chapter 4629: Two Magical Beast Galaxies Enter

The clamor of conversation dimmed, like a tide pulling back before a crashing wave.

The majority of the eyes turned as the grand entrance parted with shimmering lights, and two processions strode into the icy venue that barely contained their overwhelming presence.

On one side, the flames of radiance rippled through the hall as they fell on the floor, glittering feathers that eventually dispersed. A palanquin of golden jade was borne by spirit attendants whose bodies shimmered with fire-imbued soul energy.

Upon the palanquin sat figures of the Prismatic Soul Phoenix Clan, their eyes glowing as if holding entire realms within. Each exhale released faint threads of colored flame that refused to disperse.

On the other side, heavy earth-shattering steps pressed into the frozen marble floor, cracking it faintly beneath an aura of boundless power. The palanquin of the White Auspicious Tiger Clan came forward, draped in celestial silks and borne by human servants trembling under the weight of invisible might.

The sacred bloodline of the white tiger radiated righteousness and might, every breath they released carrying a domineering growl that demanded reverence.

"..." Every human and fey affiliated with the Celestial Transcendent Galaxy instantly felt a sense of animosity.

The atmosphere shifted instantly. The cold venue felt smaller, like the walls would collapse under the sheer arrogance of beastly supremacy.

Selira Skytune, dressed in a newly clad resplendent seven-hued robe, flew as her phoenix wings half-materialized behind her, allowing her to drift forward.

"Honored guests of the Prismatic Soul Phoenix Clan, your arrival graces this humble gathering. Truly, the heavens themselves rejoice in such brilliance." She landed as her voice carried clarity like the chime of seven bells as she greeted with a dignified smile.

The phoenix nobles inclined their heads ever so slightly, accepting the recognition with the grace of rulers acknowledging a lesser court. Clearly, they saw the Skytune Clan as a subordinate clan.

Selira Skytune didn’t look humiliated. Instead, she appeared to be trying to gain their favor.

Meanwhile, a white-robed man with golden-mane-like hair and broad shoulders stepped to the forefront from his entourage. He was none other than Rhazor Tigerius from the Sacred Tiger Upper Realm. Even as he stood before the White Auspicious Tiger Clan, his gaze was sharp.

"White Auspicious Tiger Clan... it seems your presence ensures no one dares speak lightly of this event anymore." His tone reverberated like thunder muffled beneath stone as he addressed the procession.

The palanquin’s curtains shifted, revealing pale eyes like carved moons, a tiger noble lazily reclining as though the entire hall already belonged to him. His lips curled into the faintest smirk.

"Heh~ Even the Celestial Transcendent Galaxy’s humans know their place when faced with a mighty aura like ours."

Rhazor Tigerius’s lips twitched, "I suggest that your grace adhere to the rules. We do not wish to create fiction, at least, not today."

"Whatever... move aside."

The tiger noble was dismissive as he waved his claw while remaining within the palanquin.

Rhazor Tigerius’s gaze turned cold, but as he was from the Tigerius Clan of the Sacred Tiger Clan, he should more or less display respect towards the White Auspicious Tiger Clan, whose bloodline rank was at Grand Ancestral Beast Rank. The White Auspicious Tiger Clan had a great oppressive effect on his Sacred Tiger Clan since his bloodline rank was a rank lower, Great Saint Magical Beast Rank.

The King-Tier White Auspicious Tiger before him would naturally enter the Exalt Beast Stage upon reaching adulthood! He was someone who could match in status!

He gestured and made way for them.

Selira Skytune also made way for the Prismatic Soul Phoenix Clan’s procession.

However, the both of them came to a stop at the next chamber since a group of women stood there, unmoving. If they didn’t move, then they would undoubtedly collide, so they had no choice but to stop midway again.

"What is it? Do you have something to show here?"

The young noble tiger from before peeked out of the palanquin and chanced upon a few beauties. His eyes widened, but he didn’t say anything since relinquishing a beauty’s meat in his taste buds was a common occurrence for him. Instead, he wondered why these weak piles of meat would challenge him by continuing to stand in his way.

Inside the palanquin, a few of his subordinates warned him.

"An Anarchic Divergent’s women? Interesting... wait... didn’t our Heaven’s Warriors say that we should eliminate any Divergents we come across?"

He asked a question back, unsure of what he was dealing with.

Similarly, the phoenix noble, a King-Tier- no, Queen-Tier Prismatic Soul Phoenix was informed of the situation.

She didn’t say anything but alighted the palanquin, showing herself outside as she appeared before Shirley.

Her beast form radiated a superior brilliance that caused many eyes to be mesmerized. Her multicolored feathers pulsed with seven different elemental aspects, sometimes even shifting and rippling as though she could fuse them seamlessly. Her presence was overwhelming, slightly generating winds, exuding light, and causing shadows to shroud the chamber. Her nirvanic energy was at such a high level that it made Shirley nearly prostrate if it weren’t for her own Emperor-Tier Bloodline that slightly resisted against that feeling.

"Fairy Shirley, have you considered the deal my subordinate spoke of?"

Her voice echoed melodiously, yet it was surreal and sublime, causing many of the young hearts to instantly melt. The animosity exuded by the human race greatly reduced! Even women were affected, as they felt relaxed and even serene in the presence of a King-Tier Prismatic Soul Phoenix.

Shirley raised her hand as she placed a finger on her chin and tapped, appearing to contemplate, "I said I’m not interested, but for the Divine Phoenix Blood Essence, I might be interested in trading it with other materials. How about you?"

The phoenix noble shook her head, each feather swaying ever so lightly along with her movements.

"A Divine Phoenix Blood Essence is precious. Even I might never chance upon it in this century or millennium until I have made enough contributions. For example, yes, convincing you to bring Fairy Lea here is certainly worthy of allowing me to obtain Divine Phoenix Blood Essence on top of the drop you will obtain."

"I see. A fifty percent commission is quite lavish." Shirley giggled.

"I don’t mind giving you the other drop." The phoenix noble also smiled, "One drop isn’t enough for me to evolve. I would need plenty. Regardless, I hope you can reconsider. There’s no rush."

Shirley wryly smiled. They were indeed persistent about obtaining Lea.

However, she noticed something additional about bloodline shackles or limitations. A King-Tier Grand Ancestral Beast would need a certain, perhaps sizeable, quantity of Paragon Magical Beast Blood Essence in order to evolve into a Paragon Magical Beast when the time comes.

They couldn’t just reach a higher evolution just because they were King-Tier.

Despite hosting a busy shop, Davis also noticed the commotion at the center of the walkway.

He temporarily stopped what he was doing to absorb them and noticed their arrogance, but as he observed, he saw that they were adhering to the rules, so he didn’t bother to interfere. The King-Tier Prismatic Soul Phoenix also seemed like it was the first time she was meeting with Shirley.

"Move, ladies. You’re testing my patience." From the other side, the tiger noble complained.

The phoenix noble cast a glance back, "Impatient as always. Wait for a few seconds."

She returned her gaze and sized the others up, noticing that the so-called Divine Emperor of Death wasn’t here. Her gaze then landed on Flamerose and Frostrose as she sensed their unique bloodline. She was already aware of their changes and what their bloodlines represented, so she took a moment to appreciate their beauty before nodding. Finally, she gazed at Shirley, "I will be here for some time. If you need something, remember to seek my help."

She didn’t wait for Shirley’s answer, turning around and getting back to her palanquin.

The human servants looked more than happy to carry her and the other Prismatic Soul Phoenixes as though they were born to do this.

Fairy Thunderblaze nearly clicked her tongue as she saw that they had no pride in being humans. Regardless, she didn’t say anything. She cast a glance at Davis and wondered why he didn’t interfere. Was that store so important?

Indeed, at this point, Davis collected seven incomplete Divine Exalt or Exalt Grade Manuals, some unearthed from here. He also obtained over forty Primarch Grade Pill Recipes. He figured if he continued the shop, he would eventually obtain more benefits.

The two magical beast galaxies’ procession continued on as Shirley was about to give them way.

But at this moment, Davis’s voice echoed.

"Get out of the palanquin and walk."

The palanquins stopped and everyone’s gaze shot towards a busy stall at the corner of the chamber. The curtains from the palanquin was pushed aside and the tiger noble peeked out, thinking that there was some fun finally when his expression sank.

A five-clawed hand stretched from outside and grabbed his head, pulling him outside before a pair of authoritative and domineering eyes gazed at him. What appeared before the tiger noble was a dragon noble.

Rhazor Tigerius’s expression changed as this dragon appeared from nowhere! It was the Five-Clawed Imperial Dragon, a King-Tier one at that!

Barakiel brought the tiger noble amidst the stunned gazed to Davis and bowed, "I’ve brought him out of the palanquin, your eminence."

Davis stared at the two of them before his lips curled with a gentle smile, "White Auspicious Tiger Clan, a fortuitous race. I wonder what kind of resources you have all obtained so far. Mind if I look through your inventory so we can trade?"
