Divine Emperor of Death

Chapter 4840 Flipping The Heaven And Earth

Chapter 4840  Flipping The Heaven And Earth

Davis harrumphed, "The only ones I know who would be able to see through the concealment from a vast distance would be the Celestial Transcendent or the Realm Master. The Celestial Transcendent is occupied with Leader Arnoxin, so- Hexadra is already here? How fast…"

He felt like he had a few days since a True Deity-level character wouldn't be able to use teleportation formations, but it seems like he was wrong.

'Come. I'll see how you perish to Fallen Heaven.'

Davis's gaze thickened with killing intent. After coming this far, he was no longer willing to use Fallen Heaven as a last resort. Instead, it would be his first when faced with True Deities.

As for the backlash-

'This realm and its denizens can go to hell…!' Davis flew up to the skies.

"Master!" Illumina's gaze froze. She hurriedly followed after him, rising to the skies.

By the time she reached him, her heart sank into the depths because a black-robed figure was standing just above them, coldly looking down on them.

"Can't flee anymore?"

He coldly laughed.

Davis gazed above, his brows twitching. It seemed like he didn't even have enough time to cross a region with the Realm Master hunting him down. The Realm Master's speed was insane that the premonition came when he probably already locked onto them from a vast distance and instantly reappeared above them.

Davis could sense spatial undulations behind the Realm Master, so he could tell that the latter had used some kind of powerful spatial talisman.

"You're Realm Master Malzor Hexadra, aren't you?" Davis glaringly smiled at him, "Aren't you ashamed to go out all against a Level One Empyrean?"

"Hahaha!" Realm Master Malzor Hexadra pointed his hand at Davis, "Level One Empyrean or a mortal. You divergents all deserve to die under a Hierarch's hand, my hand, for ruining my realm!"

He waved his hand, causing the ruins at a distance to completely wither under the strange darkness energy.

"Are you afraid?" Malzor Hexadra's gaze was thick with killing intent, "Kneel and offer the woman next to you to me, and I might grant you a swift death."

As he said, he brought out an expensive Imagery Stone and began recording with a sneer.

Davis's expression didn't change at all. He knew the intent was to thoroughly humiliate him and eradicate his legacy before killing him off. Now that this realm was going to be chaotic in the advent of the Desolate Era, the Six-Headed Hydra's Hexadra Clan would surely need his head to survive in the future.

"Since you insist, then don't blame me for whatever happens next."

Davis flicked his sleeves and moved his lower robe aside as though he was going to kneel, but in truth, he was using Fallen Heaven, activating it to enslave the Realm Master.

"Hmm?"

However, he weirdly felt a strong resistance from Fallen Heaven.

"Don't be hasty. Help is on its- has just come."

Fallen Heaven's voice echoed softly, a layer of smooth, cloudy intonation behind it.

"Hmm?"

Malzor Hexadra looked above, his eyes catching sight of a star in space. It glowed with a thick, icy light. He knew the name of the star. It was named the Southern Abyss Ice Star since it was easily visible from here, but he didn't know why it was glowing strangely at this time.

Davis was also confused as he looked at the astral star above.

What help was coming?

*Bzzz!~*

A strange translucent, starry platform appeared between Davis and Malzor Hexadra when, suddenly, a ray of purple-black light descended from the Southern Abyss Ice Star, directly falling onto this platform.

The brilliance peeled away layer by layer, revealing a figure that did not belong to this realm, nor fully outside it. It was a woman. She stood upon the translucent platform as though it were an extension of her Will, revealing a slender, ethereal beauty whose aura was one of detachment. Her purple robe, made of a material that seemed to shimmer like the night sky, flowed gracefully around her, adding to her mystique.

Davis couldn't see her face, but he remembered this aura. She turned to look at him, allowing him confirm his guess.

Her features were sharp and refined, with high cheekbones and piercing silver eyes that seemed to see through everything. Her long, jet-black hair cascaded down her back, contrasting starkly with her pale skin. But it was her silver eyes that had left a deep impression on him.

She was none other than…

'Saintess Lunaria's first disciple, Qiyra Darkstar…'

Davis's heart stilled as he gazed at her.

She calmly gazed at him, her gaze devoid of urgency, concern, or sentiment as though someone observing a candle that had not yet burned out.

"So you're still alive. Good." But her words were contrary as she heaved a breath with relief.

Returning her gaze, she gazed at Malzor Hexadra.

Realm Master Malzor Hexadra stood frozen for half a breath before his lips curled into a crooked smile, eyes crawling over her form with naked contempt and lust.

"Oh?" he scoffed, "Another pretty thing? You divergents truly like collecting beauties more than us…"

Despite the taunt, Qiyra Darkstar looked unbothered as she raised her hand, revealing a broken ring. It appeared slender, dark, and deceptively plain. There were no gemstones or inscriptions visibly to the eyes, yet the moment it emerged, Malzor Hexadra's pupils quivered.

"Shrouding The Heaven And Earth~"

Reality dulled instantly, as though someone had smeared ash across existence itself. Color drained away, not fully erased, but muted into a spectrum of black, white, and faint multicolored hues.

Sound did not vanish, yet it felt distant, submerged beneath layers of unreal silence, and most importantly, space seemed different.

The horizon bent inward, folding like paper soaked in water. Light refused to travel in straight lines. Shadows detached from their owners and lingered half a second too long.

"What did you do?" Realm Master Malzor Hexadra coldly looked at her as he demanded an answer.

"In this twilight space," Qiyra Darkstar answered calmly, "the layer limit doesn't exist."

Her aura unfurled, but it wasn't slow, nor did it explode. Instead, it eclipsed this twilight space.

Like a moon devouring a star, her presence swallowed Malzor Hexadra's pressure whole. The oppressive darkness he wielded was crushed flat, pressed into insignificance beneath an overwhelming, ancient profundity that carried neither malice nor mercy.

Malzor Hexadra staggered half a step back.

"Impossible-!"

"Kill!~"

Qiyra Darkstar's cold voice echoed as her figure vanished.

"Master!"

Illumina leaped towards Davis and shielded him with her body, trying to hurriedly gain distance. Her expression and eyes were full of panic as a True Deity-level battle wasn't something they could endure!
