Monster Integration

Chapter 4492: Out

Chapter 4492: Out

The crystals collapsed.

The woman took a step forward before suddenly stopping. It was more like freezing in shock.

She looked at me and behind me before looking back at me. Scanning from top to bottom, there was not even a trickle of blood on me.

"Tamar was such an idiot. You had defended against four of the most powerful monsters at once. Of course, you could kill a person slightly weaker than them," said the woman, shaking her head.

I am surprised by it, but her logic is sound. She would be shocked if she knew my real strength.

He died due to my preparations. If I had not been prepared, I would have been fighting for my life right now.

"Thank you for the kind words, Prime Dynvar," I replied, before walking forward, with stealth covering me.

The woman appeared beside me; she kept a distance, but remained close.

"We could rest," she offered a few minutes into our travel.

I did not hide my tiredness; she understood that I could not recover quickly after defending against four powerful monsters for so long.

It is the reason why Tamar took a chance on me.

He didn’t underestimate me; he just thought I would be too tired to defend against him.

"We will rest after we get out of here," I replied. I want to do nothing more than rest, but I didn’t want to do it here. This place is going to close.

I didn’t want it to happen while I was trying to get out of it.

She didn’t say anything and moved alongside me. We are moving quite fast, much faster than I had travelled earlier.

My stealth methods had proved themselves against even the strongest monsters in the densest energy. So, I am confident that I will be able to hide from these monsters, even if I move at such speed.

As we covered more distance, we increased our speed further. The monster got weaker as we moved further away from the centre. So, it is only wise that we increase our speed.

By the time evening came, we were moving at a very fast pace. Enough that monsters sensed us, but the moment they sensed her aura, they would run away.

She is very powerful. If we fought, I would have no other choice but to defend against her, like I did with the monsters.

Even binding her with the strings would be hard. Seeing this, she will be extremely careful about me.

So, the question is, why am I traveling with her? I wish I could say I have an intelligent answer. I am feeling lonely, and I want company, even if it is extremely dangerous.

"Left," I said, and we moved a little right.

Both of us are wearing cloaks and avoiding people that we have started to come across.

"There are a lot of people," I said, as I sensed another two people; they were far enough away that we didn’t have to move.

"The organisation has means for fast contact and travels as long as they are willing to spend enough resources," she replied.

I couldn’t help but laugh at that. I have seen the means, Tor has, and there are organisations stronger and older than it.

This is a place with massive opportunities; any organisation would want its people here, despite the dangerous risks it poses.

"If it were not for the short time, it would be open and unpredictable in timing. There would have been a lot more people here," she added a minute later.

She is right, for such an opportunity. People would come from different continents.

I would have even for the 10% of the resources.

Speaking of resources, my clone was able to extract everything from Tamar’s core space. I have to say, there are a lot of things there.

Some of them will help me tremendously.

If I hadnt been travelling and there was this powerful woman beside me. I would have already gone into my core and looked at those things giddily.

Most people have summoned abodes and resting there. It is a very wise choice.

Suppose I didn’t have the woman beside me. I would have done the same. I do not fear the monsters, but the people. Now, if any of them sense me, the woman will deal with them.

Which is yet another reason I am moving with her. She is a sword that I have not found any match for here.

Only Tamar was as powerful as her. The others are not; some came close, but with enough time, she will be able to defeat them.

The woman is not only powerful, but also knows how to use her strength. In the next few months, she will be even more powerful.

Thinking that, a little frustration couldn’t help but well up in my heart.

If I could use the law, there would be barely anyone who could be my match in Prime. A combination of my laws and inheritance energy would be very strong.

I pushed thoughts away as they came, but they always come back.

It is hard not to, seeing others wield the power that they have, while, despite having it myself, I could not.

One day, I will, but that day will not come soon.

It is near morning, and we are only an hour away from getting out of this place. The explosions are far less here, and I could sense them pretty quickly.

That I do not fear them, despite their being very dangerous.

The explosions at the core were truly dangerous. Even the woman beside would have vaporised if she had caught in one of them.

I am glad she had not; without the confidence of her company, the journey wouldn’t have been this fast.

Soon, it is dawn and we have lowered our speed as we sensed more people moving.

Finally, we have reached the boundary and stepped out of it without wasting even a second.

"We are out," she said, and I felt the relief in her voice; even a powerful person like her wants to get out of it as soon as possible.
