Chapter 2030: 24.291 Sixth Violet Star - Reporting to the Spirit God

With the arrival of the Elemental Emperor of the wind, Lord Greene, every elemental summoned by their masters had flown towards Lord Greene. Not all elementals are capable of speaking the language of the mortal realm, so they can only speak their own language to tell this Elemental Emperor what is currently happening that needs someone like Lord Greene’s standing.

Even though the other race in the crowd couldn’t understand this language, they can still understand what their elemental wanted to say due to their contracts.

Seeing his elemental emperor frowned, Lord Vega couldn’t help but ask, "Greene, what is wrong?"

{Someone had been summoning elementals but not letting them return to the Spirit realm. It was unknown how they are able to do such a thing but... I must report this to the Spirit God right away.} The Elemental Emperor of the Wind, Lord Greene said.

Knowing the seriousness of the situation, the former elf king, Lord Vega had agreed to let Lord Greene leave his side for a while.

"I understand. You may go," Lord Vega said.

After hearing this the Elemental Emperor of the wind disappeared like how she had arrived. Once the powerful wind left the area, the other elementals had already returned to their master’s side. They were actually afraid. Though only elementals that didn’t have contracts get summoned, some of these elementals were known to them. Learning that they weren’t able to return, the possibility of them being dead is greater.

The Guardian of the Ancient Forest said, "For now, calm your elementals. As soon as Greene returns I will inform you what the Spirit realm plans to do."

He then said to the other elementals, "As long as you don’t leave the ancient forest no one can take you away from your masters. Be at ease. This place is safe."

Even though most low leveled elementals don’t understand what the elf lord in front of them had said they had calmed down. The elves have always been closer to the elementals than the other race. Moreover, their masters had translated what the Elf Lord had said to them, making the fear in their hearts slowly fade in comfort.

On the other hand, at the back area of the Ancient forest.

Xue Laira had been living her life to the fullest after being freed from a life of loneliness. She was happily welcomed by the beastmen race to the ancient forest as friends of Princess Haerin and Long Juedi. Moreover, she lives with all the elements she had signed with including the father she finally got back in her life. They are living in a small world tree sapling her father planted for her. This world tree under the command of the Spirit God, transformed into a small palace for her. This is where Xue Laira, her father Thorn and the other elementals live while in the mortal realm.

All world trees are connected, even if they are separated by realm, their roots can bypass the space and connect to one another. It was due to this world tree that even if Spirit God Thorn doesn’t return to the Spirit Realm that it didn’t cut off his connection to that world allowing all other elementals in that realm feel that he is still alive.

In these months that her father is living with her in the mortal realm, he was helping her purify her bloodline. As long as her spirit bloodline becomes stronger she should be able to live in the Spirit Realm with her father and the other elementals. Living in the ancient forest is like a dream for her.

Grandpa Tree was in the kitchen cooking her meals and for everyone else. Though elementals don’t need to eat, to accompany Xue Laira, they also started eating with her. Because of this, a certain group of elementals had become a foodie after gaining knowledge about taste.

Xue Laira had just finished her training and went down to eat. In the kitchen, she saw Grandpa Tree busying himself in front of the stove making some pancakes for everyone. It seems that elementals love sweet things and this includes her father, Spirit God Thorn.

Spirit God Thorn said to the one in front of the stove, "In my plate, you should add that dark chocolate thing that was called. I am not fond of maple syrup much."

"Yes. Yes. I will even put chocolate chips in yours. Can your majesty take a seat and let this subordinate focus on cooking. If it’s burned no one will be able to eat it. There’s a newly made hot cafe au’ lait on the kettle. If you wish to have some, please enjoy yourself." The Elemental Emperor of the forest, Grandpa Tree said.

The Spirit God Thorn flew towards the kettle and served a cup for himself. He loves the taste of coffee and chocolate together. The slight bitterness complements the taste of sweet chocolate too well and it’s his favorite. While enjoying his cup, Spirit God Thorn noticed his daughter watching them at the door. He immediately wanted to hide the cup in his hand upon seeing Xue Laira. Lately, he has been eating and drinking chocolate everyday and his daughter is afraid that he will suffer from cavities. However, as a god, minor illness like that doesn’t affect him at all.

However, after experiencing getting all his snacks and sweet confiscated that Spirit God Thorn would instinctively hide his chocolate as long as he sees his daughter.

"S-Sweetie? Daddy didn’t drink too much. This is my first cup, I swear~!" Spirit God Thorn said.

Seeing her father act like this Xue Laira couldn’t keep her serious face and chuckles. She knew how greedy her father was for coffee and chocolates as these are the first things she had shared with him when they’ve just started living together.

Xue Laira said, "I know, father. Just enjoy your drink."

"Princess! You are awake! This is good. It’s time to eat!" The Elemental Emperor of the forest, Grandpa Tree said.

As soon as Grandpa Tree said that it’s time to eat, the other elementals who were waiting for breakfast had come over to the kitchen one at a time to get their share. Of course, they don’t dare to share the same table as their Spirit God, their princess and Grandpa Tree.

Spirit God Thorn said, "Xue’er, your bloodline is pure as a pureblood. You should be able to stay in the Spirit Realm without any problems now. Do you want to try going there?"

Xue Laira thought for a moment. She was about to speak when suddenly the Elemental Emperor of the wind, Lord Greene, appeared in thin air. She can use wind as a medium to teleport.

Spirit God Thorn finished his meal first and only after lowering the utensils in his hand did he respond, "Xue’er, enjoy your meal. Daddy has some work to do."

"Okay," Xue Laira said.

Only then did Lord Greene and Spirit God Thorn leave the kitchen area and teleport directly to where the study is in this mansion.
