Chapter 2031: 24.292 Sixth Violet Star - Daddy, you must go!

The report about someone or maybe a group capturing elementals had made the Spirit God mad. This is the first time since he had become a god that there is someone out there that dares to touch his people. This Spirit God is usually amiable and wouldn’t care about you unless you offend him or his daughter. Now that someone had made a move against the beings under his rule, his anger had flared quite badly.

The fluctuation of his qi had spread in the whole ancient forest which even made the other race flinch and terrified the other elementals. The latter realized that this is the aura of their Spirit God. They actually didn’t expect that the Spirit God would actually descend because of the current dilemma of the spirit race.

An icy and enraged voice comes out of the Spirit God Thorn’s mouth which greatly amplifies his killing intent.

"Humans dare to make a move against the spirit race?! This is not possible. They had signed a pact with this exalted one!" The Spirit God Thorn said.

The Elemental Emperor of the wind, Greene, was impacted by her Spirit God’s aura as she was the closest and almost kneeled on both of her knees in shock. Thankfully, it was just a short burst of aura or she would have suffered greatly after being hit by her master’s killing intent.

She responded to the Spirit God’s queries and denial.

"Your majesty, the problems might not be the human race but the one who was handling their leash. That new Marshal called Gu Ying who is most likely no longer a human and must be a monster instead," Emperor of the Wind, Lord Greene said.

Knowing that this is a possibility, Spirit God Thorn cannot just ignore. His original plan to exterminate the humans involved, he decided to forget about it. He didn’t know how his daughter would have acted if she learned that he had massacred the human where her mother is from, Xue Laira would definitely be disappointed in him and he didn’t want to risk the relationship she and he had just recently mended.

While thinking of a way to resolve the problem, the Spirit God noticed the ripples in the shadows near them and looked in that direction.

He says, "If the seniors had a better plan in mind can you please share it?"

The Elemental Emperor of the Wind, Lord Greene, immediately stood in front of his lord and stared at the shadow which her lord had spoken to. With suddenly being this defensive, thinking that it was for his protection that the Spirit God chose to not scold his subordinate in front of esteemed guests.

Under the eyes of the Spirit God, Thorn and the Elemental Emperor of the Wind, Lord Greene, what came out of the shadow was a pair of hands which made the latter flinch. The shadows as if it had become a portal for entrance and exit, two people had come out from it. It was the two systems, Zhi Yue and Zhi Yang.

The Spirit God can also sense their divinity and even suppress him. It can be said that these two foreign gods are definitely more powerful than he is and so he greeted them properly. He hurriedly stood up from his chair and saluted the two gods.

"This Spirit God greets the two divinities!"

As for the Elemental Emperor of the Wind, Greene, she was stunned for a moment until her own lord gestured to him to kneel down. Lord Greene instantly kneels on one knee once again. But when the Elemental Emperor of the Wind saw the young appearances of Zhi Yue and Zhi Yang, she felt dazed. As if asking herself, why someone this young is already a god like their Spirit God.

Zhi Yue and Zhi Yang took a seat on the couch inside the study.

"Be at ease. Don’t be too formal," said the God of the Moon, Zhi Yue.

After seeing that the two divinities had taken their seat, Spirit God Thorn had ordered his subordinate to serve some tea and snack.

Thorn, the Spirit God said to the Elemental Emperor of the Wind, Greene.

"Greene, serve some tea to our guests."

"Yes, your majesty." Lord Greene disappeared to prepare some things for the guests as she was ordered to.

As for the Spirit God, he joined them at the couches taking a seat opposite where the two, Zhi Yang and Zhi Yue, had seated. After the Elemental Emperor of the Wind had left, the conversation between three gods had resumed.

Zhi Yang said, "The situation of your race, we know something about it."

"It was as your subordinate had said. It was indeed the humans who had done it. Of course, it was all against their will. If not for the fact that they were hypnotized, those mortals wouldn’t have stayed quiet like this." Zhi Yue said.

Spirit God Thorn asked, "What do you mean when you say these words? Do you know what is happening with my people?"

"They were being summoned by the human summoners as a group and would force them to sign a contract with a human under their control or make them a contracted partner of the beast race," Zhi Yang said.

This time the Spirit God couldn’t believe what he had said. He never would have expected that it would be the beast race who was involved with this problem. But how can a beast sign a contract with an elemental? The two races never got along.

Zhi Yue was the one who had given him the answers.

While gritting his teeth in immense anger, Spirit God Thorn almost couldn’t stop himself from ripping this file of paper in his hand. He realized that this crisis of his race had something to do with the Evil Beast God, Ouroboros and his contractor, a human named Pei Jin.

Spirit God Thorn said, "It’s these two again!? What the hell do they truly want? The destruction of this world? So ruining the mortal realm is no longer enough. They even wanted to get my spirit realm involved!? How dare they do such a thing?!"

The Spirit realm’s God who is now enraged to the point he couldn’t calm down had no other choice but to calm him down.

Zhi Yang said, "Spirit God, you must remain calm. It wasn’t too late to stop them from doing such things again."

"Is there a way for me to stop them from summoning the elementals?" Spirit God Thorn asked.

Zhi Yue said, "It’s not like there isn’t a way. You just have to close the summoning array for uncontracted elementals. This way, they wouldn’t be able to keep calling for them even if they forced a summoner to call of them."

The Spirit God named Thorn also thinks of this idea as a possibility to stop the increasing index of their people disappearing lately. The suggestion of the God of the Moon was the correct approach. However, to close the summoning array, it can only be done within the Spirit realm. Him going back to his territory is possible but that also means that his daughter... He will have to leave the side of his daughter.

There is no way he can bring in the Spirit Realm right now. Even though he has purified the bloodline of his daughter, that was only something that she was born with and this bloodline was mixed due to her being part human. Even though the spirit race’s blood in her veins had become pure, staying to live in the spirit realm permanently is still impossible. It would only be possible if one becomes a demigod though.

The two systems noticed the sudden hesitation that appeared on the Spirit God’s face and analyzed his situation. Remembering about this Spirit God’s hybrid daughter, they finally knew where his reluctance was coming from. However, this is something only he, the Spirit God, can do. As he is the ruler of the Spirit Realm and it is his responsibility to do it.

Zhi Yang said, "You must go. As for your daughter, she will be safe here in the ancient forest with us."

"Also, bringing her to the Spirit Realm at this time is no different from placing her in great danger. She is after all half spirit what would you do if she got summoned by them as well," Zhi Yue said. "At least inside this forest, outside interference is impossible."
