Chapter 2079: 24.340 Sixth Violet Star - Dragons

With the Lord Guardian kneeling before the entrance of the cave that appeared out of nowhere before their eyes and hearing him asking for an audience with the beings residing inside the cave made the other three who were watching at the distance nervous. The moment the Lord Guardian had spoken, they immediately felt a powerful presence coming inside the cave. It was as if something powerful and colossal had woken up.

With anxiety filling up their hearts, except for Lord Vega who kept his eyes on the cave, the others were all nervous. The strong aura from before seems to move which makes all of them nervous as they keep their eyes on the entrance of the cave.

All of the sudden a huge black dragon flew out from the cave followed by a white phoenix dragon with white feathers and silver scales. These two are Roi and Reine. The Quantum Beasts of the Lord of Destruction and the Sovereign God of Void and Darkness. Reine who used to have three colors had completely mutated to follow the main elements his master wields which is ice and chaos.

The roars of the two mythical beasts were heard all over the world making the beast race who is the closest to their bloodline be affected and froze in fear. In the Barren Lands, A strange phenomenon where the whole beast race covers in instinctive play before everyone.

"What is happening to the beast race? What the hell is that cry?" Pei Jin is questioned as he runs out of his laboratory after seeing the beasts he is experimenting with due to shock from such unknown reasons.

Lord Ouroboros, who was supposed to be asleep at this time, was now looking in a certain direction while surrounded by cowering beasts. Some of them even fainted with foams on their mouth showing how greatly terrified they are.

Pei Jin noticed him staring at the direction of the fertile lands.

"What the hell are these beings? It seems like an extremely powerful beast has appeared?" He couldn’t help but ask.

The Evil Beast God said, "Mythical Creatures. Something that shouldn’t appear in this world."

Staring at the black and white dragons before them, the Lord Guardian himself was dumbfounded. As for the Spirit God Thorn, Captain Garan and Captain Vera, they were frozen in surprise and disbelief. The Lord Guardian, Vega, upon being mentioned had responded to the mythical beings before him, " Answering to the Seniors, we actually come here because we have some questions. It’s about the soul using the body of the human marshal, Gu Ying. What does he truly want from the tribe?"

The two dragons look at each other then at the Lord Guardian who had asked the question. He senses another upper realm of God’s aura in this area. However, it wasn’t that powerful and it would be broken anytime soon. This familiar is a bit similar to the aura of the God of Destruction and the two realized that maybe this eccentric god who made a move might be connected to the God of Destruction himself.

{The power of dreams. So you got the help from an Upper realm God, the Dream God to restrain the World Destroyer for you,} The black dragon god, Roi said.

The white phoenix dragon god, Reine said, {However, this will not last for long. A month or so later, the world destroyer would come out again. Beings from beyond are not supposed to get involved with the business of those of the lower realm worlds.}

They were bewildered with what they’ve just heard. If there is someone who could somehow understand their words it can only be the only real god among the three which is the Spirit God. After all, the things they had mentioned was an information one can only know when they reached Godhood.

Captain Garan said in confusion, "God of Dreams? World Destroyer?"

"A month or so!?" Captain Vera exclaimed when he heard about the possible duration for that monster to reappear.

Spirit God Thorn glares at Garan and says, "Don’t ask what you are not supposed to be!"

Captain Garan wanted to retort only to be stopped by the Lord Guardian who shook his head signifying for him to stop at this moment and no longer pursued the rest. As for the two dragons, they never cared whether these people understood what they had said.

The black dragon god, Roi added, {As for what that world destroyer wanted, it’s simple. It wanted to create the barrier that protects the whole ancient forest. That thing had gained cracks when the barrier was broken. Now it is almost no different from an ordinary stone.}

{That is something we have been protecting the whole time. As for the thing that destroyed the barrier... It was something that isn’t supposed to be in their possession. That black sword, the Wardens had taken it away and surrendered it back to the Masters.} The white phoenix dragon god, Reine said.

The Spirit God Thorn asked, "Is it possible for us to have the broken stone?" To say that he wasn’t interested in the thing that made evil existence to desire it, is a lie.

{I guess there is no harm in giving it to you. It is about to turn to ashes anyway and no longer would it have effects on you. You can have it.} The black dragon god, Roi said.

A white stone with red lines protected by some kind of transparent barrier floated in front of the black dragon. This stone seems to be alive as everyone can hear its clear heartbeat. Such a bewildering scene made the other four stunned and terrified. A thing that looks like a stone started beating like a human heart. Even the red veins on it seem to look realistic.

Captain Garan shivers and says, "What the hell is that?!"

However, unlike the real heartbeat of a living human, the sound of the heart coming from it seems to start to weaken as if it’s dying. At a closer look, one can see the cracks on the white stone and it was spreading slowly. If this continues it would get destroyed and turning to ashes is not impossible.

The black dragon god, Roi said, {The master called this the Cosmos Stone Fragment. I do not even know its use. However, some World Destroyer desires for this thing. This might be what that being in that Mortal Marshal’s body desires. It will be broken in a month as well. So it is no longer reasonable for us to keep it under our protection.}

{Since it’s broken, it was no longer useful. We will give it to you if you wish. Anyway with the barrier around it you won’t be able to touch it. However, it can still be used to strengthen a barrier.} The white phoenix dragon god, Reine said.

The strange stone flew down which the Lord Guardian had received. That creepy heartbeat is still there yet they felt the importance of this stone. The four had lowered their heads and bowed their heads in gratitude.

The black dragon god, Roi said, {It’s not yet time for us to appear in your world. Once when you are on the verge of extermination will we come out again.}

{Take it. You got what you need. Return where you came from!} The white phoenix dragon god, Reine said.

Reine used his aura to push the four out of their dimension and they’ve returned to the original location which is the outskirts of the Ancient Forest. If not for the creepy stone in the Lord Guardian’s hand, they would have thought that meeting the two mythical creatures was nothing but a dream. With this stone as a proof, their group of four had truly met with the two hidden dragons of the ancient forest.

Captain Vera looks around at the ruined forest around them and murmurs, "We are back."

"This is the real world? Then the one we were in before... Is it another dimension? The Mythical race lives in another dimension?" Captain Garan asked.

The Spirit God, Thorn, said, "If the Spirit Race can live in another dimension connected to this, why can’t the Mythical being live in another?"

"It’s time to go back and test this stone. With this we can buy some time and make sure that the human marshal will not be able to kill all of us," said the former elf king, Lord Guardian Vega.

With nothing more to do, the four of them returned to the tribe and tested the stone. Though they were told that this stone is what the marshal desired, they had no intention of giving it to the person that easily.
