Chapter 3745: Let’s Hope You Are Right
Ploto, Frife, and Ratria’s expressions turned serious when they heard that question.
"Frife-Ni even gave the order to have us killed straight away when he found out we had the feather. Sure there is something wrong here, right?" Kentucky added.
Ploto was the one to start talking about that issue. "Havira found something extremely valuable, something that even that Sapphire I gave Wergal couldn’t possibly match. Something you would cause Universe owners to give up everything and fight for it with their lives to the bitter end, let alone normal ones."
Kentucky narrowed his eyes. "Does it include a certain vial?"
All three Minokawas opened their eyes wide! "You know about that?!"
"She told us about it after we convinced her that we were truly who we said," Kentucky explained. "There was also the fact that she was still being pursued, and we should at last know why in case her enemy came after us instead."
Kentucky then explained in more detail what happened in the Sunlight Realm, where they found Havira. "So, when we all came out, including all the experts of that planet, the Sunlight Realm disappeared with Havira and her son. Not long after, we were visited by some freak with a cultivation much higher than what you would find on a mortal planet. He checked everyone for a moment with his Divine Sense, leaving in the next second."
"So she was actually captured and imprisoned on that planet, uh?" Ratria couldn’t help but feel sad for Havira. "Did the guy get what he wanted? Did he get the vial of God Realm Blood?"
Kentucky didn’t mention it was God Realm Blood, so Ratria’s words confirmed it. He now could talk about it more openly. Well, except the fact that they had that vial. "I don’t know, but Havira left with a Spatial Gate before he appeared, so I don’t think she was captured, at least not at that point."
Ratria sighed in relief. "That’s good. That’s good. Since you managed to get her free, that woman definitely will find a way to stay out of sight. If not for that ambush, she wouldn’t have been captured in the first place."
Kentucky was still curious. "So, I told you what I know. How about you tell me who was after her?"
"It’s a Celestial Realm Expert... or so we believe," Ploto commented. "We haven’t really seen the guy’s real body since other Celestial Realm Experts can’t enter this Universe. Its Rank is too low to hold such an expert who is not the Universe’s Owner."
Kentucky’s attention was piqued. "Are you saying there are Universes that can hold Celestial Realm Experts that aren’t their Owners?"
"Hum? Isn’t that obvious?" Frife-Ni looked at Kentucky as if he were looking at an idiot.
In fact, Roan thought the same thing inside the Celestial Soul Dimensional Realm. ’Idiot.’
’Shut up! It’s not like I have to know everything like you do!’ Kentucky complained to Roan before turning his attention back to Frife-Ni. "What do you mean?"
Frife-Ni shrugged. "Think about it. Until you came here, we didn’t know how to become Celestial Realm Experts in the normal way, but we definitely knew there was another way other than becoming a Universe Owner. I mean, we have access to the Werdlem Network, after all."
He continued. "So, you told us that the Werdlem Universe, the home of the Werdlem Empire’s main forces, has a Great Void Black Hole, didn’t you? According to your words, Victor said that Divinity Peak Stage Experts use it to become Celestial Realm Experts. Naturally, the main Universe of the Werdlem Empire has to be able to hold more than just its Universe Owner."
"Oh..." Kentucky finally saw the obvious. "Yes... If they have breakthroughs there, the Werdlem Universe must be able to have more than one of them inside. So the ranks of the Universes also dictate whether they are strong enough to accommodate Celestial Realm Experts or not..."
"We didn’t know about the Black Hole and the other requirements. Yet, we still noticed something this simple as soon as you explained it to us. You aren’t very bright, are you?" Frife-Ni snorted.
Kentucky’s mouth twitched. "That’s not how a little brother should worship his big brother."
"I’ll die before worshiping you," Frife-Ni still didn’t like him.
"Ahem!" Pluto-Ume stopped them there. "Going back to the Celestial Realm Expert, he appeared in the Spirits’ Territory many years ago. Well, to be more specific, it was his avatar or something like that. Nonetheless, it could use Celestial Laws, so he forced his way into Havira’s Golden Crow Race and killed quite a lot of their experts."
"Havira never told us where exactly she found the blood, but the fact was that this expert detected it and came after her. He might have used divination, have some kind of skill, or whatever. We don’t know."
"In the end, she was captured. Our Universe Owner didn’t do anything. Truth be told, we believe he was already growing senile by that time, so he likely didn’t even notice that the avatar of another Celestial Realm Expert came into his Universe. After all, Celestial Realm Experts can use the Celestial Laws to detect each other."
That much Kentucky knew. The Semi-Celestials back in the Lisan Universe could even use the Celestial Laws to contact each other, albeit paying the price of losing some of their comprehension. If they can do that, let alone real Celestial Realm Experts.
"Of course, maybe that avatar, if it was truly one, had some technique that made him invisible to other Celestial Realm Experts. We will never know the truth."
Ratria continued from there. "Havira came looking for us for help. She and I are pretty close, so I obviously immediately set out to do something. She had Frife-Ni’s feather exactly because of how close she is to our family. Not only Frife-Ni’s, but she also has one of mine and Ploto’s. She told us everything that was happening through the Werdlem Network... Unfortunately, by the time I got to her, she had already been captured and brought away. We couldn’t do anything for her, and that weighed a lot on my mind."
"That’s why we believed you had something to do with that guy," Frife-Ni added. "If not, how could you have acquired my Feather from Havira? Of course, now I know it wasn’t the case. It is good to know that you helped her escape. And from what you said, it is very likely that this Celestial Realm Expert is a normal one, one that can go anywhere he wants without caring for a Universe like a Universe Owner."
"So that’s how it is..." Kentucky was quite surprised by the story. The avatar thing wasn’t hard to believe, though. Rean and Roan could use their clones, even if just temporarily, so why couldn’t someone make something like an avatar? "Everything for that vial. Wouldn’t she be found again, though? After all, she was found once because of the vial of God Realm Expert Blood, right?"
Well, that question was for his group, not for Havira and her son. Let’s not forget that they were the ones who have the vial of God Realm Expert Blood.
"We can only pray that she has some plan," Ploto sighed while answering.
[Well, if we have not been found so far, that means our Celestial Soul Dimensional Realm is still working just fine.] Sister Orb commented, although only Kentucky and the twins’ group heard it. [Even better, if what this guy used was divination, then we are immune. He will never be able to divinate something against a system that controls destiny in its surroundings. It completely scrambles any readings.]
The twins’ group nodded. ’Let’s hope you are right.’
