Chapter 4124: Manipulation

"W-Well..." Nyxara's attitude made a full turn for the better. "You do know your stuff, it seems. Yes, respectable is very much like me, no doubt."

Rean and Kentucky glanced at each other. Was a being that lived for countless years supposed to be that easily persuaded? That didn't seem the kind of mind you would develop over so many years. Well, if you consider Hick's personality, that didn't seem all that far-fetched.

'No wonder the system said this Primordial Beast was worth just a single point... It was indeed easy, although it hurt quite a lot,' Rean thought. 'Still, the mental prison it talked about was basically its ego?'

Still, Rean smiled. "It is obviously an honor to meet you, senior. Say, we are trying to gather all the Primordial Demon Beasts again. It would be better if you talked with the others."

"The others?" Nyxara got curious. "Is there anyone else with you other than that idiot?"

"Yes." Rean then spoke about Hick, Xyrath, Soltrex, and Laiana.

"Four of the twelve, uh?" Nyxara thought for a moment. "We'd better leave the Universe first."

Before Rean and Kentucky could say anything, they felt a Spatial Pull acting on their body, and they disappeared. In the next second, they were already outside the F956 Universe.

Rean and Kentucky were quite impressed. That was faster than anything they could do. "Your Spatial Powers are amazing, senior Nyxara."

Nyxara faintly smiled. "But of course! I'm the Pillar of Void! ...or at least I was. Anyway, empty spaces are my thing. It's not that we travelled all this distance at once, but that I can leave void connections that allow me to travel to different places in the void in an instant. Of course, there is a limit of distance, especially since I'm far from my peak."

Rean waved his hand, and the three Primordial Demon Beasts appeared outside: Hick, Xyrath, and Soltrex.

"Oh-hooo...!" Nyxara's expression turned interesting. Her Spatial Powers gathered around the three, making them feel a chill in their souls. "So the three of you were truly there, watching it all, uh?"

Soltrex and Xyrath pointed at Hick. "We were against that plan from the very start! He insisted!"

Hick wondered if he even had a need for enemies with such allies by his side. "You fucking traitors! I did it all for our own good! Look, she is right in front of us, is she not?"

Hick felt the power of space accumulating around him, but he quickly used his own boundary abilities to prevent being caught. "I'm not inside their Dimensional Realm anymore, so I won't just stay here and watch you beat me as well."

Yet, out of nowhere, his boundary skill was broken. When he looked, he noticed that Xyrath and Soltrex were the reason behind it. "You!!!"

Xyrath and Soltrex didn't feel the least bit of remorse. "Come, Nyxara! We will hold him for you!"

Rean and Kentucky didn't intervene at all, and Nyxara didn't lose that chance. But then...

*Bang, bang, bang!*

Not only was Hick struck by that invisible power, so was Xyrath and Soltrex!

*Arrgghhh!!!*

Soltrex and Xyrath were confused. "Why?!"

"Hmph!" Nyxara snorted. "None of you will escape! Even if you said it was his plan to mess with me, you two didn't try to stop him for real! Stay still and receive your punishment! If you truly try to flee, know that I will not take part in whatever plan you are concocting, even if it is related to Default himself!"

The seal truly had a very fiery personality. It's just that her fury really, really didn't match her appearance. Rean and Kentucky glanced at each other again, both thinking the same thing. They obviously didn't voice their thoughts.

Soltrex, Hick, and Xyrath were Primordial Demon Beasts themselves. It's just that Soltrex had just recently been released, Hick was weak after receiving those beatings, and Xyrath couldn't use his innate ability because of the help he gave to the twins.

Nyxara was completely fine in the end, feeling like she hadn't had so much fun in forever. "Now, that's more like it."

"Ahem..." Rean finally said something. "They were three, and you were alone, and yet, you took them all and won. Senior Nyxara, you are not just respectable, but also brave. I'm in awe."

"R-Really?" Nyxara looked very happy. "B-but of course! Who do you think was on the front line when we came to the Werdlem Empire back then? You have to be brave, just like me!"

'Doesn't she remind you of someone?' Kentucky asked Rean through Divine Sense.

Rean kept his respectful expression, but he totally understood what Kentucky was talking about. 'She is basically a Sister Orb 2.0. Anyway, she likely hates it when others talk about her appearance, regardless of whether you say she is cute or terrifying. Let's keep that in mind.'

'Understood,' Kentucky agreed.

Fortunately, they used their Divine Senses to say that, so Sister Orb and Nyxara didn't hear them.

"Hey, you three," Rean and Kentucky waved at Hick and the others. "Since you are obviously not dead, how about you come over?"

The trio didn't have a good feeling about Rean and Kentucky at the moment. Those two just watched as they suffered in vain. "You are despicable."
