Infinite Mana In The Apocalypse

Chapter 5193: End of The Road! I

Chapter 5193: End of The Road! I

He possessed an extremely brutal and devilish smile that showed too many teeth, and he looked down at THE Creature as if he were observing a particularly interesting insect that he was about to crush.

"Is this the anomaly that has arisen from the lands below that you all are allowing to run so rampantly?" the massive entity asked, his voice sounding like the grinding of tectonic plates.

"He doesn’t seem like much of anything at all, especially considering I’ve felt genuine fear from actual monstrous Relictus before, so tell me, is this one merely a chickling that has wandered too far from its nest?"

This Ira turned his predatory gaze toward the woman beside him, his crimson halos pulsing with readiness that was almost suffocating to perceive!

"Ubergulden Hye-jin, do I have your permission to let loose and see what his bones are made of?"

The imperious and regal gaze of the woman with a loose diagonal crown, Ubergulden Hye-jin, remained fixed on THE Creature, her voice ringing out through THE Undefined Gaps with the cold precision of a royal decree!

"Don’t destroy his body completely, Prima Custos Ragnar, for we need to extract and harvest what we can of THE Primordial Source once his resistance has been properly neutralized.

THE Creature’s gaze remained cold the entire time as he affirmed heavily that actual powerhouses of THE Gilded Ones had appeared to conclude the hunt. Gauging how he had been injured so severely from the very first strike, he knew that his next move had to be absolute, but-

BOOM!

Before his thoughts could even solidify into action, his body moved instinctively as he used his reforming hand and his uninjured hand to block the descent of a mountain!

Prima Custos Ragnar had already appeared above him with a speed that even he could barely perceive, his massive fist being larger than THE Creature’s entire body as it smashed down with weight!

The impact caused the surrounding space to shatter like fragile glass before it rapidly reformed under the pressure of the attack, and obsidian light flashed incessantly around THE Creature as he warped and appeared in a different location!

His eyes were heavy and his expression had turned pale for the first time!

Ragnar’s body was reinforced with THE Observable Force in concentrations millions of times greater than any of THE Gilded Ones he had faced so far.

Before THE Creature could even attempt to counter-attack, Ragnar was already behind him, punching out with a force that seemed to ignite the very vacuum of THE Undefined Gaps.

THE Creature turned to meet the threat with a punch burning with the concentrated obsidian flames of THE Primordial Source, but the discrepancy in raw existential mass was a gap that simple conviction could not bridge at this stage of his growth!

BOOM!

The impact this time was not an explosion of shared force but a chillingly quiet display of absolute dominance as Ragnar’s massive hand simply opened and swallowed THE Creature’s fist, the crimson rings wrapping around the giant’s wrist flaring with a violent, authoritative light.

These rings immediately elongated and clamped onto THE Creature’s arm like hungry, metallic serpents, and they began to emanate a suffocating pressure drawn from multiple Causes that anchored his existence to Ragnar’s own, pinning him in place within THE Undefined Gaps!

Oh!

Ragnar did not let go of the pinned limb, and instead used his free hand to begin a systematic and terrifyingly brutal pummeling that lacked the grace of a duel and possessed all the clinical savagery of a butcher unmaking a carcass!

The first strike caught THE Creature in the solar plexus, a heavy, wet sound of collapsing muscle and shattering internal weavings echoing through the lightless void as the obsidian flames covering his torso were snuffed out by the sheer density of Infinity and THE Observable Force!

BOOOM!

Ragnar’s massive fist struck again and again with a rhythmic, sickening cadence, each blow landing with a force that shattered a dozen ribs and sent fragments of bone deep into THE Creature’s internal organs.

Tremendous waves of pain cascaded through his consciousness, the taste of blood and his own dissolving authority filling his mouth while the obsidian light in his eyes began to flicker and dim.

He tried to raise his uninjured hand to block the next strike, but the crimson rings on Ragnar’s arm emitted a sudden pulse of Infinity that pinned his remaining arm to his side, leaving his chest and face entirely vulnerable to the giant’s wrath!

Ragnar smiled with a brutal, intimate malice as he delivered a rising punch burning with Infinity that caught THE Creature beneath his obsidian-masked jaw, the force of the hit causing his head to snap back with a textured, grinding noise of a fractured spine!

SQUELCH!

The sound of the impact was followed by the spray of dark, iridescent ichor as THE Creature’s mouth was filled with the metallic fluid of his own civilization, yet Ragnar did not cease the assault, instead raining down a flurry of short, piston-like punches into THE Creature’s midsection!

Each strike was a visceral explosion of power that mutilated the flesh and shattered the foundations beneath, and THE Creature could feel his very connection to THE Primordial Source beginning to fray under the sustained, multi-Cause overload!

He was being treated like a piece of worthless scrap, his bones being ground into powder and his muscles being torn from their anchors as Ragnar laughed with the genuine, manic glee of a predator who had finally found something that didn’t die after the first few hits!

The discrepancy was far too vast, for Ragnar was reinforced with concentrations of THE Observable Force that were millions of times denser than anything THE Creature had previously encountered, making every strike feel as though the entire weight of THE Braneworld were being focused into a single, massive fist!

When Ragnar finally released the crimson rings and let the mangled limb drop, THE Creature fell away like a discarded rag, his body a twisted ruin of broken bone and flickering, dying obsidian fire.

He lay in the center of the obsidian crater as utter devastation manifested across his entire being, his skin scorched and his limbs bent at angles that no living thing should survive!
