Chapter 4449 - Chaotic Battle

Imperator Jian knew that there would be no better chance to kill Tianming. Should he be allowed to return to Nullity, it would be nigh impossible to end his life.

"You expect us to?" Imperator Ji looked at her sister and furrowed her brow.

"Sis, the only reason we came to Violetblitz Capital was to lure Li Tianming here. Violetblitz was supposed to handle him, not us," Imperator Tu said with some hesitation.

The sisters felt nothing over the deaths of Lin Xiaoting and Long Xuanzhao. All they got was shock and awe at Tianming's triumphs.

"That's right." Imperator Ji turned her deep-blue eyes to Tianming. "His combat capabilities far exceed our expectations. Then again, Li Muyang didn't show himself even after Li Tianming found himself in danger. It seems almost certain that Imperator Skyplunder isn't able to leave Nullity for some reason."

Imperator Tu whispered, "Long'er and Tong'er are still at Nullity. We can't exactly act against Li Tianming right now."

With no time to spare, he was forced to receive the punch with his Fiendsky Arm. The blow caused the concentrated power of lightning to erupt across Myriadbolt Plaza. Tianming was sent flying tens of millions of meters into a building by the punch. As he fell to the ground, the battling cosmic gods hurriedly parted.

"Holy crap, my whole skeleton almost fell apart!" Ying Huo snapped.

"I'm totally fine! Chicken Bro, you're so squishy!" Lan Huang said, laughing.

"Fine my ass!" Xian Xian almost vomited from the blow.

Tianming's entire body felt sore. The punch had delivered so much lightning into his body that his middlekin astrons were damaged. Fortunately, Li Yanfeng had focused so much on speed in the punch that he didn't put that much power into it. Otherwise, Tianming would be heavily injured.

"Lin Tianjian, just accept your loss and move on, you sore loser!" Li Tianzi immediately charged towards Tianming and was relieved to see him not badly hurt. He turned to look at Lin Tianjian in the distance. "Tianming and your son fought in a fair duel between men! All the cosmic gods here bore witness. Lin Xiaoting lost because he wasn't powerful enough!"

"Hehe... Fair, you say?" Imperator Jian smirked. "This is my capital! You came to my home to kill my son! What kind of imperator would I be if I can't even avenge my dead son?!"

In fact, Imperator Jian would've been able to prevent Tianming from killing Lin Xiaoting had Imperator Feng not interfered and held him back. Lin Xiaoting had died too quickly for Imperator Jian to shake off his foe to save him.

Li Tianzi looked around the chaotic battlefield and said, "The firemaples are your main enemy, so I suggest you deal with them first. If you continue to be unreasonable, don't blame the sky plunderers for not showing mercy! Our patience is not to be tested!"

Imperator Jian's body crackled with lightning once more as he turned into a massive god of lightning. Every move of his sent powerful bolts flying out. Violet lightning flared out uncontrollably from his eyes.

"I can never catch a break, huh? No choice. Brother, let's deal with him together," Tianming said as he joined Li Tianzi. Though they were of different sizes, they looked extremely similar. The two brothers would be fighting side by side, which was exactly what they had planned earlier! They would enrage Lin Tianjian by killing his son to get a pretext to fight in the battle at the capital! Lin Tianjian fell for it completely.

"You will be fighting me!" The red-clad Imperator Tu chuckled as she stepped in front of Zi Zhen once Li Tianzi left to help Tianming, leaving her alone. Imperator Tu hadn't forgotten the grudge from earlier. "Let's see how you hold up against me without Li Tianzi."

Zi Zhen felt incredibly miffed that her concern for Tianming was interrupted by the imperator. "You're asking to be killed!"

Her rage soared immediately. Even though it had cooled to the point that she wouldn't be able to open her ninehall eyes after Lin Xiaoting was killed, Imperator Tu had enraged her enough to reverse that completely.
