"You won't lose me, Anna. You won't."
Anna scoffed and mumbled some words about how she wished she was stronger than him to stop him, and Corey could not help but smile when he heard her.
He shifted his gaze to Pamela who also had a worried frown.
Corey knew that she was not only worried about him. She was also worried about herself.
She was here to assist Corey in his madness, and his madness was so dangerous to the point that even Immortals would scurry away in fear of the path he wanted to take.
As somebody who was going to assist him, who was to say that she wouldn't be affected also?
Although Corey had told her that she was safe and she wouldn't be affected, she was more worried about her life now after seeing these statues.
"Having cold feet already?"
Corey's mocking voice drifted into Pamela's ears, and she looked at him, only to see Corey having a light mocking smile.
She frowned in slight anger for a moment before she shook her head and released a soft sigh.
"You saved my life, and I'm forever grateful to you for that. Since I promised you that I'm going to repay it, I'm going to repay it despite the dangers."
Corey's smile became gentle as he was inwardly relieved with her answer.
If Pamela refused to assist him, then the chances of his plans succeeding would drastically reduce.
He needed her.
"Thank you."
Pamela clicked her tongue and looked at the formations on the walls. "If I die, it's all on you. I'll hunt you even after you die."
Corey chuckled softly. "No problem."
Pamela scoffed, and then she asked.
"By the way, those questions you said before. Which god owned this temple? How did the god die? What is the divine kingdom of a god doing at the bottom of the Black Sea? How did you find this place? And where's the statue of the dead god?"
She shifted her gaze away from the formations on the walls to Corey.
"Do you have the answers to those questions?"
Corey nodded with a slight smile. "I do... To nearly all of them."
Pamela and even Anna listened with rapt attention. Even though Anna was more worried about Corey's safety, she was also curious about the answers to those questions."
Corey gestured to the front. "Let's walk as we talk. The Forge is at the center of the Temple, and as you can see, the temple is large. It can probably take close to a million people in total."
Pamela and Anna nodded, and then the trio began to walk to the center of the temple.
"This temple belonged to a god that loved creating puppets and also used them in his battles. The god's title was The God of Living Constructs."
"I also don't know the god's actual name, and I won't even want to know since it'll most likely do more harm than good."
Corey paused, and then he glanced at Anna. Anna blinked in confusion when Corey looked at her.
"What?" She asked, but Corey only gave her a smile in response before he continued talking.
"According to Tessa, the God of Living Constructs was a Greater God which is equivalent to a Tier 11. According to her, he was a powerful and popular god that could even battle some True Gods which is equivalent to Tier 12."
Anna's eyes widened in surprise. "Huh? When did you talk to Tessa?"
"When you were asleep and healing."
Anna's expression became weird and numerous thoughts and questions appeared in her mind. She was about to speak out her thoughts but Corey quickly spoke before she could.
He knew that the conversation would become extremely uncomfortable and weird with the nature of his sister.
"I don't know how the God of Living Constructs died, but after speaking with Tessa, I know that the God of Living Constructs is truly and totally dead. The state of his divine kingdom is a sign of that. Even his temple was in a worse state than this, I had to patch it up using some of my resources so that it can be used to protect me from the tribulation."
Corey gestured at the massive pillars, and Pamela and Anna looked at the pillars with squinted eyes.
A few moments later, they discovered some inconsistencies in the pillar, showing that the pillar had been modified and touched with.
"As for why there's a divine kingdom at the bottom of the Black Sea? There's actually more than one divine kingdom at the bottom of the Black Sea."
"I've found seven divine kingdoms, and I believe that all the gods in the divine kingdoms were dead. But there were three divine kingdoms with life forms, and two had extremely powerful beings that were at Tier 7 and beyond. I was nearly caught when I entered the divine kingdoms. Luckily my affinity with space and time is extremely high and I was close to the entrance of the divine kingdoms."
Pamela and Anna had pale faces the moment they heard this, especially Pamela.
"Did you just say that there are seven divine kingdoms in our world?"
Corey shook his head while waving his finger.
"Not seven. I said I found seven. I believe there are more divine kingdoms in the Black Sea and also in other places on New Earth."
Pamela and Anna's faces paled the more.
"But if you're worried about the dangers of the divine kingdoms, you don't have to worry about it. That haze you saw is a barrier placed by the Universal System around every single divine kingdom. I don't know when, but I believe that after some time, the barriers would be removed and the inheritances, treasures, opportunities, and dangers of the divine kingdoms would be open to everybody on New Earth."
Pamela and Anna were stunned hearing Corey's words and they had no idea how to react. The only thing they did was to subconsciously follow Corey.
