Single Wish: Rise Of The Omniscient Paragon

Chapter 1100: 1097: All-for-One Weapon

When it came to the creation of Corey's weapon, he had thought about it so many times.

Instead of going through the stress of creating a unique Forge to hide the creation of his weapon and armor, he could have used Perceptual Nexus Repository to easily create what he needed.

After the transformation of his soul into a Cosmic Soul, his Library of Records experienced a tremendous change. One of those changes was the emergence of the Alchemy Anvil.

The Alchemy Anvil was an ability of the Perceptual Nexus Repository he rarely used.

With the Alchemy Anvil, Corey could easily concoct alchemical products with extreme ease, and he could also forge weapons with the same level of ease.

He had used it to concoct some alchemical products which saved his life on certain occasions, but he rarely used it to forge weapons or armors.

Until two years ago that is.

After leaving the Chained Firmament, Corey crafted countless weapons, armors, and items using the Alchemy Anvil.

Many of these weapons were not even red rank and were just normal mortal weapons, but he did this so as to observe and understand how the Alchemy Anvil worked.

There was a time where he planned on using the Alchemy Anvil to craft his weapon and armor, but after thinking about it, he decided not to do that.

Sure, using the Alchemy Anvil would make it a lot easier for him, but the Alchemy Anvil was something that was given to him by the Universal System and the Universal System was a product of the Supreme Ancestor.

The Alchemy Anvil was like a machine that followed a set of codes. The codes were so complex that Corey could not even grasp up to half of it, but he had a feeling that the Alchemy Anvil was limited.

As something that was given to him by the Universal System, who was to say that what it could create would have the potential to truly reach the peak of power?

Aside from this, he was also worried that the Supreme Ancestor would find a way to interfere with the creation of his weapon and armor.

Corey could not take these risks, so he decided to forge his weapon and armor himself.

There were surely blacksmiths that could forge weapons for gods and maybe even beings as powerful as the Paragon Ancestor and Supreme Ancestor.

If these guys existed, who said he couldn't achieve the same thing with his talents?

After coming to the conclusion that he would not be using his Alchemy Anvil, he began to increase his knowledge on blacksmithing and he also practiced so many times both in real life and in the simulation room of his Perceptual Nexus Repository.

After two years of constant practice in blacksmithing, Corey had a well... 60% certainty that he would be able to craft his weapon successfully.

It was not a 100% because many of the weapons required the blacksmith to be at a much higher realm than his current realm.

He planned on using his talents and abilities to bridge that gap.

As for the weapon Corey planned on creating, it was not a sword, or a spear, or an axe, or a dagger, or a staff.

No.

It was all of them.

Corey planned on crafting a weapon that could transform into any weapon of his choice.

He could be holding a sword in one moment, and in the next, it becomes a spear or an axe.

In the past, Corey thought of crafting an axe for himself since he already a unique World Heart Intent of the axe- Phantom Plague Axe Heart Intent. But after thinking deeply about it, he asked himself why he had to place a limit on himself.

He was extremely unique, and his weapon had to be unique also.

Apart from the desire to have a unique weapon, there was another reason why he chose to have such a weapon.

The Foundation Technique of the Paragon Martial Arts- Celestial Flow.

Celestial Flow was the foundation technique of the Paragon Martial Arts, and it was an extremely powerful and extremely difficult technique to master.

Heck, it could even be considered a martial arts on its own, and very few in existence would be able to master it.

Even Corey had not mastered it with all his Stars of Consciousness.

Celestial Flow was a technique that taught Paragons how to use their weapons in an extremely different way. For example, a Paragon could swing their sword but when it hits the opponent, the edge of the sword doesn't cut but break the opponent's bones like a hammer.

If a Paragon swung their hammer, it could pierce a hole inside the enemy's body instead of crushing it like a normal hammer.

To accomplish any of this, the Paragon had to have the Intent of the weapons, and it was not an easy feat to possess so many weapon intents.

Many in existence go their entire lives without learning an intent.

Corey had learned some new weapon intents in the past two years, and if he were to check his status screen, there would be countless changes to it.

Celestial Flow was extremely powerful in the fact that it had an unpredictability to it that one would never expect, but Corey wanted to take a step further.

He wanted to add another unpredictability to the unpredictability.

What if he was battling an enemy with a sword, he swings it, and then it transforms into a hammer, but it doesn't crush the enemy but cuts their head off.

So many unpredictabilities that would overwhelm many if not all who were unfamiliar with his envisioned battle style.

Crafting a weapon that could transform into another weapon was something he believed was not possible for a long time, but after obtaining a particular reward, he knew that he was wrong and his dream was feasible.

-----

2. [Weapon: Dawnsplit Fang]

A Blue Grade unique growth weapon that was crafted from the crystallized fang of a slain Solar Drake. It hates all things that fester in the dark.

Effect 1: Shifts between dagger, short sword, or whip-form at will. Its initial form is that of a long, jagged dagger.

Effect 2: Absorbs ambient light to increase sharpness. Gains bonus damage in bright environments.

Effect 3: Deals True Damage to spirits and corrupted entities.

-----

After obtaining the Dawnsplit Fang as a reward for surviving the Third Night of the system trial, he became even more wild in his thoughts for the weapon he wanted.

He had a few ideas on how to get a weapon that could transform into any weapon, but one was the best in his opinion.

And he was going to use it as he crafted it.

'An All-for-One Weapon.' This was Corey's thought when he had this idea about his weapon.
