Single Wish: Rise Of The Omniscient Paragon

Chapter 1163: 1160: His Sea of Consciousness

Corey was not the first individual to have this outrageous and absurd thought of severing their connection with the Universal System.

So many individuals have thought of severing their connection with the Universal System, mainly because they were criminals or they were being suppressed by the Universal System.

And Corey would be surprised that this individuals were not only powerful individuals outside New Earth, but also some ambitious New Earthlings.

Many New Earthlings had tried to think of ways to severe their connection with the Universal System, but they all failed.

Even beings outside New Earth all failed to severe their connection with the Universal System.

And that's because it was utter foolishness for one to believe they could severe their connection with the Universal System.

The Universal System was a system that was more powerful than the True Gods of the universe. It was a system that even the True Gods feared to get on its bad side.

It was a system that was created by one of the most powerful beings in all of existence.

It was a system that even beings at a higher realm than True Gods had to be wary of when battling it.

How could mortals, immortals, and even gods severe their connection with the Universal System?

Especially when the higher one advanced, the greater the chains the Universal System uses to bound the individual.

For many who wished to free themselves from the Universal System, it was not until they became Immortals or Gods they eventually realized that the higher their Tier, the more difficult it was for them to remove themselves from the hands of the Universal System.

Some had no idea that the source of the chains was the Universal Brand on their bodies, and most importantly... In their souls.

One's physical body was not the only thing that was branded, their soul was also branded by the Universal System.

And it was this brand one had to deal with to free themselves from the Universal System.

----

(Inside Corey's Sea of Consciousness)

Pamela stood completely awed and in disbelief as she stood on top of Corey's Sea of Consciousness.

She had been extremely curious about what she'd see in Corey's Sea of Consciousness, and although she already knew that it was definitely not going to be normal.

She didn't expect to see such a sight.

When one enters another person's Sea of Consciousness, they'll find themselves on top of a sea.

This was the same thing for Corey's Sea of Consciousness, but unlike others who would only have a sea in their consciousness.

Corey had so many things in his Sea of Consciousness.

The first thing that caught Pamela's attention was a tree that was larger than the world tree.

It towered to the skies where there were thousands of bright stars emitting different colours of lights.

Its branches were coiled around some of these stars, and its roots were deep inside the sea.

This tree was completely silver, and its crown emitted countless bolts of silver and emerald lightning.

The more Pamela stared at the tree, the more she was certain that it was the world tree of the Silver Elves.

It was only bigger... A lot bigger.

She looked at Corey and pointed at the tree.

"Is that the world tree of the Silver Elves?"

Corey nodded slightly. "Yes and no."

Pamela frowned. "Yes and no?"

Corey nodded once again. "As you saw back then, I returned the world tree back to the Silver Elves. But a portion of its spirit remained in me, and..."

He gestured at the silver tree.

"... I grew it, and it's now this... A world spirit tree, I guess."

Pamela shifted her gaze back to the world spirit tree, and her expression became strange.

'You grew it? I'm very sure it's not meant to be this huge after just two years, Corey. The Silver Elves have been growing their world tree for many, many, many years... You're so abnormal.'

Although Pamela wanted to say a lot that was on her mind, she decided not to.

She looked up, and the wonders above her were reflected in her eyes.

The sight of thousands of stars emitting different colours of lights was absolutely astonishing to behold.

She also saw three white doors floating around amongst the stars. Though she had no idea what these doors were, she had a feeling that they were extremely special and inside of the doors would astound her.

Then she looked in the distance where she saw the biggest star.

It was a pure white star, and it was chained.

She had no idea what this star was, but she instinctively felt that it would be immensely beneficial to her.

"Is that your soul?" She asked without taking her eyes off the star.

Corey's voice drifted into her ears.

"No. My soul origin."

Pamela looked at him with a curious gaze.

"Soul origin? What's a soul origin?"

Corey looked at his soul origin with a slight frown, then he shrugged.

"I can't explain it because I know very little about it. I believe that it's the most important part of any individual... of our soul."

Pamela furrowed her brows in contemplation, but Corey did not give her time to ponder on his words.

He held her shoulder.

"Let's go to my soul. You can't see it from here."

Pamela looked at him with raised brows. "Your mental space is still bigger than what I can see?"

Corey smiled, but he said nothing. With a thought, he teleported to his Cosmic Soul, and Pamela was instantly shocked.

She thought Corey's soul origin was the largest thing in his Sea of Consciousness, but his Cosmic Soul completely dwarved his soul origin.

It was at least ten times larger than his soul origin, and it was absolutely beautiful in her eyes.

Pamela had seen many beautiful things in her life, but Corey's Cosmic Soul completely topped the list.

It was just absolutely beautiful, and she felt unworthy standing before it.

A few moments later, she looked inside Corey's soul, and she nearly staggered to the back in complete disbelief and shock.

What had she just seen?
