I was a little concerned by the feeling I felt earlier but I couldn't find the source of it and neither my Shadow Guards nor any of my girls felt it so there wasn't anything I could do.

That's why I just decided to ignore that and follow Emilia's lead to the inn that she had told us about.

Just like the other buildings, the inn was located inside a tree that was nearby the shrine.

As we were headed there, we passed by several other Trasifs and unexpectedly, a pair of Trasif girls that looked like they were a couple with how they were holding hands as they walked stopped in front of us with a look of anticipation on their faces.

"Oh my~ Oh my~ Miss, miss? You are really pretty~" One of them giggled.

I blinked at tried to figure out who she was talking about by looking at my girls.

The other Trasif also started giggling, "We're talking about you, miss~ There's no need to look around~ Do you want to get acquainted with us? We know a place where we can get acquainted really well~"

I blinked and turned back to my girls, "Erm… Am I getting hit on?"

All of them slowly nodded their heads.

Oh, ok…

I turned back to them, "I'm sorry but umm… I have places to be right now so I'm afraid that I can't. I'm flattered though."

The both of them giggled together.

"Ehehehe~ That's ok. We just want to let you know that you're really pretty~"

"If you ever change your mind, look for us, ok? We'll show you a good time~"

The two of them then sauntered away without another word.

That was… Odd.

Before we could continue, I heard a gasp coming from the side and I turned to see a rather skinny looking male Mahun standing outside on his own while two Trasifs were standing in front of him.

I wasn't really sure whether those two Trasifs were male or female since both of their chest were relatively flat and they both had long hair and looked quite effeminate.

Oh, that's the first non Trasif person I've seen standing outside and not inside the Guild. I wonder--

"Come with us~ We can make you pretty~"

"Yes, yes. It will be a wonderful experience, we assure you."

"Just think about it~ You already have the body for it. We just need to do some little changes here and there and you would be perfect~"

The Mahun guy scratched his face, "Umm… I dunno… This… I never thought about it…"

They sidled up to him, wrapping their arms around his, "Let's just give it a try~ Maybe you might like it?"

"If you don't you can always just leave~ We won't force you to do anything you don't want to~"

"Umm… Umm… Ok…"

The two Trasifs giggled and took the guy away.

Lisa huffed, "Hmph… Bet that guy never visited a Trasif city before… Guess he's going to find out…"

"What is he going to find out?" I asked, curious.

"That those two literally mean it when they say they want to make him pretty. Well… Then again, maybe he does know and that's what he was looking for."

"Is that why there's so few outsiders walking around the streets and they're just staying indoors?"

"Kind of. It's like this in the Nekinumi Kingdom isn't it? Night time is when the night activities start. And for Trasifs who like to be outside in nature, anyone they find 'pretty' might get swept up with them. And for outsiders who aren't used to dealing with Trasifs, they might not even know the Trasif they are hitting on is a male until they take off their clothes."

"Is that a problem here? Like… Would they be angry or something since they were expecting a female and it turned out to be a male?"

"Oh yes, it certainly is a problem," Lisa nodded sagely.

Figured that even here they might have a problem with catfishes… That's why I'm careful in letting people know that I'm a futa first before they try to get into bed with me because the extra part of mine might actually turn them--

"After those people figured out that the person they are attracted to was that beautiful male Trasif instead of female Trasif, they might then find themselves unable to go back to females and get ruined for life. Quite a lot of outsiders end up swinging to the other side because of that and I suppose now the consensus is that if you don't want to risk your sexuality switching, just stay indoors when the Trasifs are out at night," Lisa continued, unaware of my internal monologue.

So you're telling me it's because people are just afraid of turning gay and being unable to go back so they just avoid coming outside altogether?

I was going to say that this is pretty ridiculous until I looked around and finally noticed the people walking around us.

All of the Trasifs were really attractive looking and definitely feminine as well. If you were just seeing them like this, you wouldn't even be able to tell whether the Trasif you were looking at was a male or female and all of them were really, really beautiful.

Heck, some of them were even engaging in some really steamy acts right out in the open right now. A particular couple was sitting on top of a tree root and their hands were shoved in between each other's legs as they kissed each other deeply in full view of everyone.

And the thing was I have no idea whether both of them were girls or not.

Yeah… I wonder if there were any male Off-Worlders who came to the forest to look for Trasifs to look for an elf waifu and it turned out to be an elf husbando instead, then they realise that they actually didn't mind it and then just stuck with them after that?

Heck, the opposite might even be true where female Off-Worlders come here looking for an elf husbando but then got pulled in by an elf waifu instead.

Because I'm going to be honest here, they really are attractive.

Not as much as my girls of course, but no one is as attractive as my girls so everyone else will have to make do with what's left~

Ahem… Anyway… Where were we? Oh right, the inn!

We weaved past the other Trasifs who were clearly on their way to have some steamy outdoor sex with their partners which I figured was also one thing that was different for them as compared to the people of Nekinumi Kingdom.

While the Nekomatas and Inugamis do it in public, they only do it exclusively with the people they are in a relationship with. For the Trasifs, they are more open in their relationship and would welcome people they think is attractive to join them as well.

Their relationship might be exclusive but their lovemaking is open, basically.

Anyway, we quickly reached the tree that the inn was located in and at first I thought the entire tree was the inn until we stepped through the doorway.

What I was greeted with was instead something that looked like the interior of a building complex.

There were various floors going up along the trunk of the giant tree we were in and it felt like I had stepped into a shopping mall or something.

There were various floors and it looked like each floor was housing something different like a restaurant, an alchemy shop and even a blacksmith.

I have no idea how the blacksmith isn't setting the tree on fire either.

If I had to describe it… It feels like this tree was a mega complex by itself where the people could live within the tree itself and find all their necessities without leaving the tree.

I guess places like The Guild that only came later had to set up their place outside of these mega trees since they would need to serve outsiders that aren't Trasifs.

I wondered how people would get around from floor to floor since this place looked like it was at least several dozens of floors high and climbing the stairs that spiralled up towards the top doesn't seem that feasible.

Emilia then walked to the very back and I realised that they also have a sort of elevator system that they were using to ascend to and descend within the tree.

But unlike the one we saw in the Nekinumi Kingdom, this one was being operated manually by what looked like mages using their magic to lift and lower the platforms.

I wonder if they get paid for that?

My question was answered when we got to the lift and another Trasif stopped us.

"Can I see your lift pass ple-- Ahhh!! Miss Emilia!! Welcome back!! Are you headed to the inn! Please go right ahead!!"
