Volstone attacked, however just as his palm was about to hit Ved a tiny white shield appeared and blocked it.

This caught Volstone by surprise, so far Ved had found it hard to block his palm strikes, this was a first.

However he thought it was luck and attacked again, his palm left after images through the air.

It moved as swift as a snake and gently as a lake. Ved realised why it was so hard to deal with before.

The way it moved could confuse your senses making you miss it by a few millimetres.

However Manas had figured out the old man's fighting style, she can predict the exact path of the palm allowing Ved to block it.

Volstone stepped back, " You seem to be improving quite rapidly, I was right, you are a dangerous child.

Now more than ever, I'm more certain allowing you to grow would be a terrible idea."

When he finished talking his aura started climbing and grew stronger. " Volstone Arts: Titan Body."

Red light covered his entire body, his muscles expanded and his body grew to 3 metres tall.

Ved felt an oppressive force try to crush his body. He activated his soul force but he didn't stop there.

He immediately used ignition as well on one heart, vital and soul essence blasted out of his body and floated around him like ribbons.

His entire body shone with different lights, his aura grew significantly stronger than before which caught Volstone by surprise.

Ved immediately punched, the sky quaked from the force of his fist. He could feel his power and it amazed even him.

He could already imagine the body of Volstone with broken bones, however when the fist met Volstone's body.

He felt like he punched a metal wall, Volstone merely took a single step back. Ved's eyes opened wide with surprise.

Before he could react Volstone reached out, his hand appeared to be moving slowly but in a blink of an eye he caught Ved's finger.

The finger was larger than the hand itself so Volstone dug his fingers into it to grip. The ease at which his fingers pierced throughout Ved's scales terrified him.

He had no time to react and the next thing he knew he was falling down faster than his eyes can follow.

The world blurred around him, his massive body ignited from the friction and he hit the sea like a meteor.

A huge explosion spread out evaporating the ocean, waves as tall as skyscrapers spread out in every direction.

The lower ranked soldiers of both sides were hit by the shockwave, their bodies exploded like balloons covering the entire ocean with red mist.

Ved immediately shot back up, along the way he ignited the second heart, his power grew to four times stronger than before ignition.

His speed shot up, he moved multiple times the speed of lightning and reached Volstone in a blink of an eye.

The moment he arrived he punched, shaking the sky, the air ignited. Volstone punched back.

Their fists collided causing a shockwave that shook the sea thousands of kilometres below.

The other top tiers were forced to shield the weaker soldiers lest they die from the shockwaves.

While the two of them could use their wills to calm the world around them preventing such devastating shockwaves.

Doing so would require them to split some attention and will which would weaken them, although slightly, in a battle of this level, that tiny amount of power mattered.

Ved retreated, he looked at his bleeding hand with shattered scales. He had lost out in that exchange.

He looked down and saw the devastation caused by them, but not just the two of them, Linglong, Ursela and their opponents were the same.

" STOOOOP." He roared. The battle stood still for a moment. " Our battles are effecting those below us, we're killing our own soldiers.

I suggest we all use it." They all understood what he was talking about, there wasn't a universal name for that ability but they all knew it.

" Ho ho ho, I did not take you for the caring kind, it's admirable, however they are soldiers, it's their duty to fight and die, dying in battle is their honour."

Ved sighed, while he didn't want to kill his own soldiers, he also couldn't afford to hold back in this fight, not unless the other party do the same.

" So be it." The fight continued, Linglong and Ursela also continued their own battles. They had taken their true forms which blotted out the sky.

Their massive bodies shook the sky everytime they moved. Ursela has created a black sea above the clouds which shone with golden stars like fireflies from her opponent.

Linglong's battle was more straight forward, a forest grew in the air around her created by the elf woman.

A massive white and gold cathedral appeared which tried to suppress her desires and beliefs, weakening her will. As a dragon, a race of pride.

The ability of humility was a nightmare to deal with but her pride was ridiculously high. Unlike Ved, her entire being was a dragon, soul, body and mind.

Her belief in her strength and her pride in her bloodline were unshakable, not even by humility.

Instead of weakening her, her bloodline took the power of humility trying to effect her as a challenge.

It awakened her dragon pride ability granting her insane physical strength. Since her abilities were significantly weakened around the cathedral, she mostly depended on her physical strength to fight them.

Even so, she was holding her own against the two of them. With dragon tongue on top, even they had trouble dealing with her.

He turned his attention back to Volstone, ' It's time I stop holding back.' he ignited the remaining two hearts increasing his power by sixteen times.

However it wasn't enough, blue, purple and green lightning appeared around his body. The sky grew hotter and electric.

Thunder clouds gathered above him forming a massive spiral. Lightning danced through them like snakes worship their ruler.

The sky quaked with just his presence alone. Volstone grew obviously tense, his image bloomed behind him.

A massive human looking man with muscles like logs. The man had totems all over his body.

The moment the image appeared Ved felt like a mountain was placed on his back. ' That's one powerful image.' then they lunged at each other.
