I'm Trying To Go Broke, So Why Do I Keep Getting Richer?!

Chapter 130: The Party Skeleton

"Ah... Are you going to tell me the destination? We have been flying aimlessly for over an hour now."

A woman was piloting the ship that Leo had boarded. It had been a long time since they had left earth, but she was yet to learn of her destination.

Meanwhile the person who was supposed to select the destination, seemed more immersed in his phone.

"Huh? Did I not tell you?" Leo came out of his daze, and asked in surprise.

He was so distracted in confirming the documentation, that he didn't even realize that he forgot the most important thing. He hadn't even told her their destination.

"We are going to get our permit," he said before sending the destination co-ordinates to the girl.

After he gave her the coordinates, he shifted his attention back to his phone.

He tried sending another message to Timmy. He had clearly given a new device to the youngsters, just for situations like this. It was partially so that he could track that person, but also to contact him.

After waiting for a few seconds, a red mark appeared next to the message, as it failed to deliver. It wasn't a problem on his side, but on the receiving side that couldn't be contacted.

"Where are those idiots? Did they get kidnapped again? No way, I would've received that information from Viserl if something of that magnitude had happened. So what are they even doing, to turn down all the communications?"

Although he didn't want to admit it, subconsciously, he was more worried about his ship than anything else.

He had become so comfortable with the Necropolis Ship that nothing else felt the same.

Even though the ship that he was currently using came with a pilot from Glitzy, it could never match the Necropolis Ship with its advanced system.

Compared to the Necropolis Ship which was always under the radar, and could be used by him at any time, using ordinary means of transport was like leaving trails everywhere he went.

The problem was that it wasn't even that secure either. After all, it was a transport ship, and not a warship on the scale of the fleets of high planets.

While Leo was worried about the whereabouts of the Necropolis Ship, far away in an entirely different galaxy, a majestic ship was parked before a modern space station

The ship wasn't even using the stealth anymore. No matter which person went past that ship, they were forced to give a second, third or even more glances at the marvelous ship.

The ship's gate opened, and a young skeleton stepped out of the ship, dressed in a lavish robe like a noble.

He was followed by another undead, who looked a little more uncertain.

"Your Majesty, is it really alright to not use a disguise? Also, from what you told me, this ship belongs to your Elder Brother? Didn't we technically steal it from him?"

"Hmph, how can you call it stealing? It's only borrowing the ship temporarily, nothing more than that. As for our disguise, you know what I learned recently from that Illegitimate brother of mine?"

"What?" Reven asked, wondering what Kaelus was even talking about.

"What's the need to be scared of others? We can even kidnap the descendants of other Ancient Families," Kaelus asked, walking with swag that he had learned from movies on earth.

"So do we really need to hide our faces like cowards?" he asked. "Moreover, don't we still have that brat from Nephilim in our captivity? Who dares to threaten us?'

"But... I'm worried about your father. If he heard the news, he would definitely send someone to capture us. That person might not be as kind as your mysterious brother to let us go?" Reven asked.

"Hah, don't worry about that. I have already hacked the systems of the ship. Even my father won't be able to track that ship. Moreover, I'm sure my father will have more things to worry about right now."

He could already imagine his father's face when he heard that his son had kidnapped the prince of Nephilim.

"Also, we will only stay here for a few hours before leaving. So even if someone finds out that we were here, they can't reach us in time."

Even when escaping, Kaelus wanted to take the Necropolis Ship because this was the most crucial element that would've allowed him to stay hidden with ease.

Unfortunately, it was impossible for him to reach the Necropolis Ship. So he was forced to settle. But after his 'brother' brought the ship to him, it was like a god sent opportunity.

"But your brother asked us to-" Reven tried to remind Kaelus that Leo had asked him to meet on earth.

However, Kaelus simply shrugged it off.

"I know! Don't worry. I will meet him on earth... eventually. Until then, shouldn't I have some fun? After all, I can't simply trust that he won't drag us back home to get father's favor. So before that, I want to enjoy things that I couldn't."

He patted Reven's shoulder and burst into laughter, "So just relax and have fun! Treat this as an extended vacation before it's time to go back."

Kaelus grabbed Timmy's hand and walked away from the ship.

The three of them left the ship behind, and went straight to the club in the space sector that was made solely for travelers to enjoy and party.

That entire night, Kaelus felt extremely relaxed as he didn't have to hide his face anymore.

Although many people in the club felt awkward in the presence of an undead, Kaelus soon became the life of the party when he declared.

"All the drinks are on me!"

He was the true incarnation of a party skeleton, as special alcohol started flowing.

There was only one problem. An undead couldn't get drunk. He could only manipulate himself into acting drunk to feel what it was like.

After a night long party, Timmy was completely passed out, his face red due to strong alcohol.

Reven dragged him back, as Kaelus ordered that it was time to leave.

The three of them returned to the ship, but as they reached the dock, Kaelus's boney jaw dropped.
