"Do I have to remind you that Jin Telegard is a citizen of Othrys; therefore, there is no reason for us to hand him over to your nation?" The president of Othrys asked the leaders of Ouranous and Tartarus.

"Madam President, if I'm not mistaken, Jin is a wanted criminal in your country, so you have no reason to keep him in your land, unless you have other plans for him, that is." The Queen of Ouranos smiled

"Of course, she has plans for him. The only male to ever exist with powers is suddenly a wanted criminal? You're trying to weaponize his DNA to create other men like him. We already know about that extremist group that stole the powers of women and transferred them to men. Do you plan on making an army of superpowered men to reclaim the power you lost?" The Prime Minister of Tartarus demanded to know

"No, this isn't the case. Jin killed many people over the past six months, caused millions in property damage, and continued to evade arrest. He will be captured, prosecuted, and punished for his actions." The president tried to reassure them.

"Then what? You take him from prison and run tests on him? Build your man army? The threat to world security is too great, Madam President. This is not something that you can just gloss over. How about a joint operation?"

The president asked what the Queen meant.

"We will build a facility that all three countries can use and experiment on Jin there. This way, everyone is reaping the benefits."

The Prime Minister agreed. "This is non-negotiable, Madam President. You have 72 hours to agree to this request and bring in Jin Telegard, or there will be war. My troops are already being prepared for deployment. I don't care if you're a second late. Once 72 hours are up, you'd better hope you can defend your country." She hung up.

"I am on the same side as the Prime Minister. Good luck." The Queen hung up as well.

"GODDAMMIT!" The president slammed her fist into her table, cracking it in half.

"M-Madam President, are we going to hand Jin over to them?"

"Are you fucking mad? Of course we're not going to! Do you understand what his existence means? He is an anomaly, an aberration! All men are born with the gene to carry powers, but without the gene to activate powers. This means that Jin has that specific gene. What do you think the other countries would do with that knowledge?!"

"They would try to harness it for their own gain."

"Exactly! Fuck! I'm already pissed off at the little shit for weaking my country, and now he's a literal walking goldmine that will determine the fate of this land! Bring him in at once!" She ordered.

"Understood." The assistant woman pulled out a tablet and clicked a few digital buttons.

"I've sent a message to capture Jin. It's set as the highest priority."

"Good. I don't care what you have to do to find him. Just do it! And prepare for war. There's no way I'm giving him up to those bastards. If anyone is going to profit off Jin, it's me."

"Madam President, do you want him dead or alive?"

"It doesn't matter. His DNA wont disappear either way."

"Understood."

"And put a bounty on his head to have those freelancers also take a shot at capturing him. The more the merrier."

"What should I set the bounty at?"

"100 billion dollars."

"That mother fucking bitch!" Jin couldn't believe that Eve would do such a thing. No, he knew that she would do something like this. He couldn't believe that she would do something like this since it would spark a war.

"Jin, you have powers?" Jessa asked

"Huh? Yes and no. I thought you knew."

"Well, I knew that it was a possibility, but I wasn't around for it to be a reality or not."

"Right," Jin explained everything to her, and it was safe to say that she was shocked.

"I was already angry after learning about my mother abandoning you, but to think she stripped you of your abilities as well. That doesn't sit well with me at all!"

Women were very passionate about their abilities in this world, and since it was a part of their being, it was a valuable part of themselves. So if it were even taken from them, every woman, no matter who they were, would feel as if that was going too far.

It was a level of cruelty that went beyond cruelty in their eyes.

"It's okay. Magic is better anyway."

"No, it's not. It sucks. And it's hard to learn."

"Skill issue."

"You little rat!"

"Wait, Mom. Do you hear that?" Jin paused because he started hearing ticking sounds.

"Hmm? I don't hear anything."

"Jess, scan for anything that seems out of the ordinary."

[On it.]

Jin also looked around, his eyes radiating mana to see if anything was wrong.

"Ha! Found you! Jess. I found a bomb."

[What bomb? I don't see anything.]

"There's a bomb right..." Jin realized that the ticking sounds he heard were mana waves fluctuating unnaturally. Upon taking a closer look at the bomb, he noticed that it was an illusion, and instead of a bomb, it was actually a highly condensed mass of mana that was about to go off.

"SHIT!" Jin tackled his mother and teleported out of the building right as it detonated, managing to hit Jin before he was fully teleported out.

"T-The store! I-It exploded. All those people inside!" Jessa was horrified by the sight and couldn't believe someone would do such a thing.

"Argh!"

"Jin!" She picked up her son and saw a bad burn on his back that fried his shirt.

"I-I'm okay. Nngh! It's gonna heal. Fuck that's painful."

"JIN TELEGARD AND JESSA TELEGARD. YOU BOTH ARE UNDER ARREST FOR THE CRIMES YOU HAVE COMMITTED AS WELL AS THE DESTRUCTION OF THIS STORE, ALONGSIDE THE DEATHS OF THE PEOPLE INSIDE!"

The Military, Police, and Aegis corps were here, most surrounding Jin and Jessa, while the others went into the burning wreckage to find survivors.

"Whoever this Eve bitch is, I'm going to fucking kill her," Jessa said angrily as her body started to vibrate extremely fast.
