The place where Dalia took Elena was at the top of a tall mountain. Even though it was very high up, the weather of this place was not cold but was quite pleasant. A large lake was also present at the top of the mountain.

On this night where the beautiful starry sky was perfectly visible, this large lake showed the reflection of that sky. After using a simple spell, both Elena and Dalia started to walk on the water surface and it felt like they were standing in the middle of space surrounded by various stars.

With Dalia with her, Elena was able to get permission for even buy some of the properties which were not for the general population to buy. Elena would be able to get the same treatment with her S rank adventurer licence and with the Golden Dayflower Token, but having Dalia with her was just easier. After going through all the properties, Elena found three of them to be quite to her liking. So she immediately went to see those places.

The first property that Elena liked was in the downtown area. But as an elvin city, all the areas were quite beautiful and perfectly cleaned. The main reason why Elena liked this place was because many amazing restaurants and eateries were located close to this place. So for a foodie like Elena it was an amazing thing.

After seeing the property, she did not found anything to complain about and decided but this place. When Elena tried to pay for this place, the real estate agent lady said that the Dayflower family had already paid for this place so they could not accept any more payment.

Elena did not mind it and happily accepted this gift. Actually as soon as Elena expressed her wish to buy a property here, Dalia had immediately contacted her friend Dakota and informed her about this. Immediately Dakota brought all the available properties in the city and decided to gift Elena whichever she wanted.

Dalia thought that after buying the property Elena would do something else. But Elena was not done with buying them and went to see the next one. The next property was located in the middle of the busiest market of this city. Actually it was quite a famous shop but the owner running it had fallen into some kind of trouble and was forced to sell his shop.

It was a shop for glassworks. The shop owner himself was a glass artisan. Elves were specially famous for being quite dexterous, mainly in detail work like this and this man was truly a master of his craft.

Not all the elves would fall into the same mold. Just like human and other races, every elves were different. Not all elves were good and peace loving just like not all demons were cruel and bloodthirsty.

So the son of this talented glass artisan did not take after his father. He did not inherit any of his his craft and instead got addicted to gambling. Just a few days ago, he lost his mind while he was drank and lost a family heirloom in gambling. That was a very important item for the shop owner's family and he was unwilling to give it up. So to buy that item back, he was forced to sell his shop.

That was quite a sad story as this shop was quite famous in this area. So losing it would definitely affect his overall sales. But he could not do anything to change the situation now. Even as a mild mannered elf, she was fuming for his son's uselessness.

At the end Elena also decided to buy this place. It was one of the places that Dakota was unable to buy as she needed to negotiate the price with the owner of the shop and she did not have enough time to do it. But when Elena went to hand over the money, Dalia stopped her and decided to pay for this place herself. She requested Elena to allow her to pay for this place to show a little bit of her endless gratitude. Helpless Elena agreed once again. She liked the feeling of spending a lot of money, but the feeling of getting expensive things for free was also not bad.

As for the third place, after looking around this location Elena decided to not buy it. There was nothing terribly wrong with this place, but the house itself was a bit dilapidated and Elena did not find the location to be appealing enough to fix all this up.

After meeting with the shopkeeper Elena proposed a deal to him. She was willing to let him sell his product from the same shop and in exchange, he had to pay a rent and if Elena ordered for something in the future that he had to prioritise that.

This deal was a godsend for the shopkeeper. Even the rent Elena was asking for was just the average market rate. So he happily accepted Elena's proposal. Actually after seeing his talent in glasswork Elena was already planning to help him out a bit. But talking about such things in front of the real estate agent would not be comfortable for the shop owner. So she contacted him after she was done with buying all her properties.

After that was done, Elena told Dalia that she was planning to go to other cities next and asked her what she wanted to do. If Dalia wanted to come with her, Elena was fine with it. Dalia was quite a pleasant girl to be around and having a local with her was also a good thing.

Hearing Elena's question Dalia immediately agreed to travel with her. As a genius, Dalia had never been able to act so relaxed around anyone. She was always in a higher position than others. So spending time with Elena and getting spoiled by her was a very happy and new experience for her and she loved it.

Then Elena asked her if Dalia had an adventurer licence and in reply she proudly replied that she was not only a great alchemist but also one of the few A rank adventurers living in this city. So that decided to go to the adventurer guild next.

After entering the adventurer guild, Dalia immediately called for Margaritta. Soon all three of them were sitting inside a private room. Elena explained to Margaritta that she was planning to visit different towns next and Dalia would also be coming with her. So, she was willing to take any escort mission from this city to any other city.
