Sang Kendrica was not the only human city that was attacked. A total of 31 large cities with millions of people living in it were attacked by the beasts this time. Elena had actually sent her clones to all those cities in order to keep the death to a minimum degree for both sides. She also started to finalize her plans to reform this world.

Elena now needed a common enemy against whom both the human race and the beast race would be forced to team up. That was the only way how these two archenemies would co-operate with one another. Not only that but she needed to make their common enemy to be completely opposed to this world or one of the races might try to team up with them to eliminate the other party.

Elena also had several ideas about what this common enemy could be. The best option for her would definitely be monsters. Monsters were mostly mindless, so they would not be able to negotiate and plan with any one of the races. They were also ferocious and brutal, so both of the races were definitely going to be scared of them.

But there were also several problems with using monsters as the common enemy. One of the main problems arose from the nature of this world itself. This world was a neutral type in nature. So creating negative beings like monsters here came with a very high risk of disrupting the balance of the world.

For that Elena needed some sort of countermeasures to somehow make the monsters used to this world neutral nature and only then they would be able to take action in this world without the fear of breaking the balance. But that was easier said than done.

Other than that Elena also needed truly powerful people and the plan that this world's will had in store was very unreliable. So she wanted to make a different plan which would be able to artificially create powerhouses with the capability to become a guardian of this world. She also needed to see that the character of those guardians were also suitable.

All in all, Elena had lots of works to do for the future. She needed to work in this mid level world a lot more than the amount of work she would need to do in order to reform a high level world. But it was actually a very simple truth.

High level worlds already had a useful and decent system at play. Without that it would be impossible for a high level world to even exist. So when doing the reformation, one did not need to put in much work. But this mid level world's system was not a very good system and that's why Elena was working so hard to change it and to make it better.

After thinking about everything and making some simulations, Elena finalized her vision for this world. She had analysed this plan over and over again to see that there were no flaws in this. This was not a game so having a bug here was destructive.

What Elena had planned was simple. She would be introducing a new threat to this world. Those threats were "Gates". Gates were portals to a mysterious dimension where monsters lived. The power of the monsters would vary greatly. Some of them would be extremely weak and some of them would be super strong.

As those gates existed in a different dimension, they would not be a part of the world. But those gates would continuously absorb the aura of the world to make them a part of it. This process would take between a week or 10 days. After the gate became a part of the world, it would release all the monsters to the outside world as now they could exist here without hurting the balance of the world.

Obviously the appearance of powerful monsters in the world would be a disastrous thing. So to stop that from happening both humans and beasts would be forced to clear a gate before it could release the monsters to the outside world. Elena was also going to keep precious materials inside the gate to make this a profitable place for both of the races.

Elena was also going to power scale the monsters in such a way that humans or beasts alone would not be able to handle them. So they would be forced to team up that way. After facing life and death situations together, it would be inevitable for humans and beasts to grow closer. And after a long time of successful cooperation, their previous bad blood would be gone.

This was the simple outline of Elena's plan. Before a sudden appearance of a disaster like a gate would not be very natural, so she would try to give slight signals about this to both the humans and beasts. In the meantime her agents in both camps would be making their moves to create some positive impression about the other race.

The plan that Elena made was definitely not a short term plan. It was a long term plan that would last for hundreds of not thousands of years. So for the time being Elena was not going to think too much about it and was just going to enjoy her time as a tycoon.

She was planning to live as Tycoon Elena for the duration of a normal human's lifespan and then she would disappear from this world and someone else would inherit her legacy and her company. Only after that Elena was going to introduce the gate to the world while she would be searching for good candidates who would have the capability and personality to take on the responsibility to become the guardian of the world.

Elena at least wanted to see the birth of those geniuses with her own eyes but she did not have much time left. Eldriana was about to complete her own martial arts and Dalia was also very close to level 299. Elena wanted to be close to them when two of her good friends and sisters were so close to achieving a great milestone of their life.

So with the time difference between two worlds Elena had more or less 80 years so before she needed to return back to DAMIOS. That might look like a super long time, but when it came to reformation of a world, that time was nothing but a blink of an eye.

After thinking about all that Elena calmed down a little bit. She was an immortal but still she needed to have a mortal side to her all her life would be extremely boring. So she decided to not think in a very long term and she decided to just focus on making the next big project of her Rainbow Entertainments to be a success. She also needed to see that her restaurants were doing well and most importantly she needed to spend fun time with her dear employees. That's how Elena decided to spend the remaining time of hers in this world.
