At the outskirts of a city called Abuelo, many adventurers and knights had gathered. Their numbers were over 200. All of them were here to fight against the monster who was known as the disaster. These adventurers and knights were from all three of the cities affected by the disaster and as they were neighbours, they had a good relationship between them. For that reason, the cooperation between all of them was also top notch.

But the most troublesome ability of this monster was definitely its ability to create C rank sand monsters out of nowhere. These sand monsters were the primary reason for the death of most low ranking adventurers and knights.

Elena was currently acting as a paladin who fought with a heavy axe. So at the start of the battle she had cast a powerful blessing on all the knights and adventurers. This was her way to protect everyone without looking suspicious to the eye of the mastermind.

The battle soon began. As it was planned, the B rankers were fighting the main monster and Herald was leading the lower ranking adventurers against the sand monsters. Both of the patties were shouting loudly to fire themselves up and the whole battlefield was burning with fighting spirit.

This time the lower ranking adventurers were doing exceptionally well and they had very low risk to their lives unlike the other times. That was obviously because of Elena's blessing and Herald's presence.

That way Elena alone was able to fight the disaster and with the extra help from six other B rankers, she was able to almost defeat it and deal a considerable amount of damage to it. But it turned out that this monster also had a decent regeneration ability so it was not taken down so easily.

It was using the sand of the desert to regenerate itself and as there was a lot of sand in the desert, it was able to completely heal itself using that. Seeing that Elena cast a buff on herself and started to slash the monster with her lightning empowered axe over and over again. Very soon the recovery speed of the disaster was unable to keep up with the speed at which Elena was damaging it.

Seeing that it's life was in danger, suddenly the monster controlled all the sand in its vicinity to create a sandstorm. It was less like a powerful sandstorm but more like a smokescreen using sand. This monster had never used this move before so all the B rankers were taken by surprise and were not able to react in time. Elena also acted as if she was also taken by surprise but she kept a close eye on the monster.

As soon as the whole area got covered in sand, the sand monsters suddenly disappeared. At the same time, the disasters body also suddenly became one with the sand and it used some kind of sand escape skill to travel at an extremely fast speed in the desert.

That way when the sandstorm was over and everyone was able to see again, they saw that the disaster had vanished from the battlefield. Seeing this the lower ranking adventurers and knights started to shout and celebrate as they were able to get the victory but the B rankers were a bit sad as they had high expectations that with Elena's help they might be able to finally defeat this disaster monster.

But still a victory was a victory and for the first time they were able to get rid of this monster without suffering any damage. So Elena became a hero for all three of the cities.

As the celebration banquet was going on in the city of Abuelo, Elena silently left the city. It was time to get rid of this disaster once and for all.
