Soon the battle turned into a classic sea fight where the ships tried to bombard each other while trying to dodge each other's projectiles. It was a little exciting at first but soon the battle became a bit boring. Elena's fleet were also at a backfoot with their numbers disadvantage and with powerful attacks coming from the Black Death ship.

In this situation, the sun went down before there was a clear outcome of the battle and this changed the course of the fight. Night was the time when vampires were able to display their full might and currently there were a good number of powerful vampires ready to fight on the ships.

So what happened next was a little horrific. The vampires used their superhuman prowess to stay alive to somehow climb the enemy ships and destroy them from within. Obviously the pirates tried their best but against the strengthened vampires, they were unable to do much. Vampires really displayed why they were considered to be one of the strongest races of this world.

The leader of these pirate groups was also a B rank dwarf. He was finally killed by Admiral Nevelet and Alisia. Both of them worked together to defeat this powerful foe. After the death of the leader, the other pirates soon surrendered. That was how the battle came to a sudden end with an exceptional display of power from the vampires.
