After leaving the village, the caravan didn't have to go through any more forests. They were now taking a regular road that leads to the capital. As they had left the forest area their speed increased but the capital was still far away so it would still take them one more week to get there.

Obviously the road to the capital was nowhere near as dangerous as the Wicked Forest so the group could rest easy now. Even tho it was not totally safe but now even without counting Elena, they were an overpowered force.

Elena used this peaceful time to instruct the guards a bit as they requested it of her. Alongside them she also instructed Shuri how to properly use her new summon. Shuri had quite a lot of MP and had a good aptitude for magic. So Elena was giving her some basic pointers about magic too while she gave a lecture to the mages among the guards.

Shuri had already become good friends with several members of the caravan. Tom was always trying to spoil her and the other merchant uncles were also very nice to her. The guard elder brothers and sisters were also very good to her and even played with her. So she was really having a good time. She was very sad after knowing about her father's death but now she felt a little bit better. But the main reason for that was Elena Onee-san. She was the one who rescued her and even gave her powers to avenge her father. She respected her so much that she would not even mind dying for her sake.

By following this routine Elena and the caravan were having a very easy time. But that didn't last for long. On their 3rd day after leaving the village they were attacked. But this time it wasn't monsters that attacked but bandits. Elena had cleared all the bandits near Rin but in this part of the kingdom a lot of bandit groups always stay active. This group that attacked their caravan now had a total of 35 members and they also looked like a group who had seen battles.

Still their levels were nowhere near the guards and so they were able to handle them quite easily. Shuri also participated in this fight but Elena didn't allow her to kill anyone. Even tho she had killed the monsters she knew that Shuri was still not old enough to kill someone. Even tho this world had an easier living condition than Elena's previous one, strength and the ability to kill was still needed. But Shuri's growth rate was already slow so experiencing killing so soon would definitely have some bad after effects on her mind. That was why Shuri was only told to incapacitated them with killing. Actually even the guards didn't kill the bandits, they also just captured them as bandits were more valuable when alive.

After that the guards interrogated the bandits to know about their hideout and raided that. After that was done Elena taught Shuri a very important thing -

"Shuri, you should always remember that the bandits are bad people but they are also good at the same time. That is because, whenever you meet them they will always give you a lot of treasures. Ok?"

Yes, Elena had a very weird type of respect for the bandits as in her previous world, most of her funds were secured from them. Shuri also nodded her head rapidly hearing her but the guards and the bandits faces were twitching hearing her.

On the night of the fourth day they were once again attacked by the bandits when they were resting inside the tents. This time instead of the guards Elena Summons that were on guard duty took care of them and the caravan was astonished to see a group of bounded men the next morning. The first group of bandits had already been handed to the city guards in one of the cities on their way.

Their caravan was once again attacked by the bandits the next morning and Elena got kinda annoyed after seeing so many bandit attacks. So she went on another bandit hunting at lunchtime and for the rest of the journey they didn't face any more trouble.

So the group easily reached the capital within the given time. The capital was surrounded by tall walls made of some kind of white coloured stones. After Elena appraised the wall and she found out that they had quite a good defensive capability. There was a huge gate and the caravan went toward it.

In front of the gate there were three lines. One was for commoners, the second one was for the merchants and the third one was for the nobles. Their caravan obviously went to the Merchant's line. There they also had special privileges as they were representing the guild itself. As they were in front of the capital now they don't need to maintain any more secrecy. So they proudly presented their proof and skipped the line. But that was a mistake.

As soon as they neared the gate suddenly a magic circle lit up under the caravan. It was an intricate and strong magic circle and all the mages of the guards were caught off guard by this sudden situation and were unable to do anything.

But just as they almost vanished inside this teleportation circle Elena sighed and clicked her fingers. The magic circle disappeared instantly and three men were teleported in front of her. Elena asked them -

"So, let me ask you, who sent you and what is your objective? I probably know what your objective is, but still let's hear from your own mouth."

They were all bewildered by this situation as they were just observing from inside the city and when they confirm that the caravan belonged to be the merchant guild of Rin they instantly reported to their higher ups and used a one time use Legendary Item to create a teleportation magic circle to secure the caravan before they enter the city. Everything was going very well but suddenly the teleportation failed and they were also transported outside the city, where a super beauty was questioning them. It was all very weird to them.

But they didn't dare to tell any secrets. Their employer was very scary and if they mistakenly gave out their employer's name then their families'lives would be over. But Elena didn't wait for them to even make up their mind. For the first time in this world, Elena took out one of the Genesis Grade items. The highest possible grade items. It was one of the weaker ones among the Genesis grades and its combat usefulness was almost null for strong individual.

But it did have an insanely scary effect. It can, without any extra condition, control the minds of anyone who has a lower level or lower overall stats than the user. The user also doesn't need to even see the person on whom the item is being used. User just need to think about him or her and if his or her level is lower than the user's, then the mind control will be 100% successful. This item is called {Downfall of Minds and Countries}.

So, by using this item Elena was easily able to know who was the culprit behind this attack and a very interesting name came out.
