After walking for about 15 minutes, Elena, Tomoe and Nave came in front of a large white mansion created using some kind of special plant with snow white coloured wood. The roof was blue in colour that matched the aesthetic of the house very well.

There were not many wooden houses in the city and Nave was a big fan of them. After listening to her speaking so highly of these kinds of houses, Tomoe also got interested in living in one such place. So that was exactly why Elena had booked this house for a whole month.

This was the best wooden house that this city had to offer. Nave had lived in smaller wooden houses before but she never had the opportunity to enter this grand mansion. So she was more excited then Elena and Tomoe to check this house out.

When they reached in front of the gates, two security guards greeted them. They were not as strong as the city guards that Elena and Tomoe had seen at the Third Entrance Gate, but they were not weak either. Nave gave them some papers and after looking through them, both of the guards bowed to Elena and Tomoe and welcomed them to the mansion.

After going through the outer gate, they came across a beautiful garden. Many flowers were blooming in the garden. Some of them were of various colours but most of the flowers were white. It looked like the person who had built this house was particularly fond of this colour.

But that did not make the garden to look bad. As it was always night in the vampire continent, these white flowers were glowing in the dark night. A few flowers of other colours were placed very cleverly and stood out. Elena was very impressed by whoever has designed this garden.

As they were going toward the mansion, a beautiful lady with black hair came out of the house. She was wearing a traditional maid dress and looked very dignified in it. She came in front of Elena and Tomoe bowed in a perfect posture. She introduced her as Elizabeth and she was the head maid in charge of this mansion. For the duration Elena and Tomoe were staying here, if they had any needs, they could tell Elizabeth about it.

Elizabeth also told them that other than her there were also five more maids and six butlers working in this mansion. They were also always ready to help the guests in any way they could.

Elena told her to gather all the servants of the house including the guards in one of the rooms after about 2 hours. There she was planning to meet and greet everyone together. Elizabeth bowed her head again and accepted the order. Then telling Elizabeth to prepare some food for three people, Elena and the other two ladies left the mansion. Next they were going to visit the mansion that Elena was planning to buy.

As that mansion was not located too far away from the wooden one, in less than two minutes, Elena's group was able to reach it. This mansion was also very beautiful and completely white in colour but instead of wood, it was made out of some kind of pure white rock.

Looking at the structure, design and the colour of the house Elena thought of something and looked at Nabe. Nabe was able to understand what Elena was thinking and told her that the owner and designer of both of the houses that they saw was same. Elena had already expected this as both of the houses looked too similar for that to not be the case.

Nave went to the front gate and greeted the guards there. Then she asked them if the house owner was available for a meeting about the sale of this property now. The guards told Nave that they were not sure about that and one of the guards went inside to ask.

After a few minutes he came out and asked everyone to go in. After entering the mansion, another beautiful garden filled with white flowers came to their view and a maid with brown hair was waiting for them there. She introduced herself as Greta and told everyone that she was going to be their guide for the time they were in this mansion.

Greta escorted everyone to a reception room and served them some tea and sweets. The way she handled everything was flawless. Greta was also definitely a very well trained and experienced maid. After waiting for ten minutes, the door to the room opened again and the person they all were waiting for entered.

The person who came inside the room was a tall woman. She had slightly darker skin with a muscular body and pure white hair. From the aura she was giving off it was clear that she was a very powerful person. She happily greeted Nave and it looked like they were really good friends. Elena had already noticed that Greta was very familiar with Nave's presence and what Nave said in the office was true. But then why was Nave not able to visit the house or her friend. Elena was curious about that and decided to ask Nave about it later.

After greeting Nave, the powerful lady was about to greet Elena and Tomoe. But as soon as she took a look at Tomoe, the happy smile on her face froze. Then that happy smile got replaced with a ferocious one and battle intent started to radiate from her body. Her aura was so overwhelming that the room started to slightly shake. But this lady's control over her power was so good that no one other than Tomoe was affected by this aura.

Seeing this scene, Nave was surprised for a moment but soon her eyes lit up on realisation. Then she suddenly held the dangerously smiling lady and started shaking her. The lady was not ready for this sudden action and her threatening aura disappeared.

Then Nave started scolding the powerful lady with a puffed up chick. She looked so cute and funny this way that Elena and Tomoe started giggling. After scolding the lady for some time who simply listened to all of that, Nave finally introduced her to Elena and Tomoe.

This lady turned out to be the leader of the city guards and one of the S rank powerhouses of the city, Katerina Lavenom. She was a battle maniac and had a bad habit of getting too excited when she came across someone who was in the same power level as her. That was the reason why she suddenly started releasing battle intent when she realised that Tomoe's power level was similar to her own.

Then Katerina also apologised to Tomoe but again almost lost her control when she realised that Elena was also extremely powerful. But this time she was able to control herself and did not radiate aura like before. But still the fact that she was extremely excited was written all over her face.

In this situation, Elena started the negotiation about this house with Katerina.
