Azusa did not waste any time and quickly started to clear the available quests. She had gotten a quest from nun Elena about finding a missing idol of the goddess which was lost in the forest. And as reward, she would be given all the regular things alongside a special lap pellow by none other than nun Elena.

As for how an idol could suddenly be lost in the forest, the nun Elena glossed it over in typical NPC fashion. By repeating the same lines again and again. So Azusa gave up and entered the forest once more.

During this excursion, her target was not only to find the idol of the goddess but also to thoroughly search the eastern side of the forest. While coming toward the village, she had already searched the western side. So now it was turn for the opposite one.

Other than the quest of the nun Elena, the apothecary Elena also had a quest for this side. But that quest was a large scale one and only a part of it could be completed in the eastern forest. Azusa would get the reward of a full body massage done by apothecary Elena herself with the medicine made from that ingredients collected during this quest, so the long scale of this quest was very much justified.

After entering the forest, Azusa quickly started to explore it. For the apothecary quest, she needed to find several ingredients, so thoroughly investigating the forest definitely important.

As she was doing just that, she got attacked by several beasts randomly. Azusa was actually using her detection abilities to make sure there was no monsters around her but still, just by walking around the forest, she randomly encountered several monsters. But fortunately none of them were too strong, so Azusa was able to defeat them quite easily.

Unlike the serpent from before, these monsters did not left behind their bodies and instead dropped random materials. That was a bit weird for Azusa but still Elena did not give her any explanations about it.

Soon, Azusa again came before an event like before. This time, two large beasts were fighting before her while shouting with rage. As she was watching this battle, a quest notification appeared before her.

[Quest Detected : Who is the Cheater ?]

Azusa immediately pressed yes in her mind and the details about the quest appeared in her head. This time, the amount of information provided was very large and after finishing reading the quest description, the situation become clear to her.

For this quest, she needed to act as an mediator between the two battling monster kings. The reason for their battle to the death was very simple. Those two were playing a game in which both of them cheated.

Then as they called out each other's cheating, both of them did not accept any of the allegations and started fighting to reach a settlement. The loser of this battle would be the real cheater even though both of them had actually cheated.

Azusa found this plot to be very flimsy but funny at the same time. She needed to make sure both of the sides went home perfectly satisfied, so Azusa started to think of a way to do just that.

But first, she needed to make sure that these two monsters were not killing each other. So in order to stop the battle, Azusa decided to beat both of them up.

Obviously she was extremely cautious this time and attacked the monsters with all her might from the very beginning. Both of the fighting beasts were level 7123, so this time, her battle went much more smoothly.

One of the monsters was a large wolf and the other one was a large tiger. After getting beaten up by Azusa, both of them started showing their bellies to her in submission.

From this, it might look like the quest was already done. If Azusa ordered them to forget about the cheating then they would obviously accept the order. But that would not be enough to complete the quest.

Azusa needed to make sure that both of the beasts were satisfied with the final outcome. So forcing them to solve this matter would not be enough.

With that in mind, Elena came up with a new plan. It was a simple plan where she planned a little deception for both of the beasts. The tiger would be made to believe that the wolf had no proof of being cheated while he would be given a solid proof. That same thing would happen with the wolf and he would also have a solid proof of cheating done by the tiger.

That way, as both of the opposition would have solid proofs so they would be forced to compromise with each other and made up. Azusa had read about a plot like this before and she was excited to test it out.

As for how she was going to gather the evidence, her process was quite straightforward. As she was not present during the the game when the cheating took place, Azusa could only extract the related information from the mind of the cheaters.

This plan was exceptionally sucessful which caught Azusa off guard. But she was still happy to sucessfully solve yet another quest. Still, as she needed to find the idol of the goddess, she continued going deeper inside the first.

As she went deeper and deeper, she started to find all the herbs and materials that she needed. After a little bit, she even managed to find the idol of the goddess fallen in an inconspicuous corner of the forest. Then she return to the village with it and managed to complete the quest given by the nun.

Then she continued doing more and more quests. Even though Azusa faced a few troubles while tackling them, her overall experience was quite smooth. She was making a steady progress in hundred percent completing this game.

But even with this very favourable situation, Azusa started to feel that something was wrong. She was not sure what but her strong insticts were screaming at her to notice this wrongness. But there was a haze in her mind that was stopping Azusa from thinking about that matter.

While trying to figure out what was actually happening to her, Azusa suddenly remember a very important detail. All the Elenas of the village were supposed to give special rewards like message and lap pellow to her. But so far, she had gotten none of the special rewards even though she had completed quite a few of the required quests.

As soon as Azusa realised this, she started to actively fight against the haze that was covering her mind.

While this was happening, a Elena made of a pure white stone was smiling gently while patting Azusa's head that was on her lap. Currently Azusa's body was covered in a pitch black aura while her expression was very conflicted and pain filled.
