Demogorgon was a race that had many racial skills. One such skill allowed them to intimidate any member of a lower grade race. This fear was something that was impossible for someone to withstand without a strong willpower. Skills like fear resistance or fear immunity had no effect on it. The name of this racial skill was "Dreadful Intimidation of the Tyrant Overlord".

As the Cosmos Swallowing Worm was a monster with very limited intelligence, it had very few ways to develop its willpower. So it had a hard time blocking any attacks that targetted the willpower directly. So this skill was super effective on it.

If this worm got intimidated by her, it would follow it's insticts and would either lash out or would froze for a moment or two. What it would not do was to run away because of its ferocious nature. In either of this two situations, the worm's control over its spatial blockade would lessen and Elena wanted to use this opportunity to sent the Dimensional Anchor out of this area.

Elena had not used this move before because she was not sure about the race of the worm. Her demogorgon race had the most effect on species which mainly grew stronger based on their bloodline and racial skills. So species like humans would be effected very little by this intimidation skill.

But after she had managed to analyse the race of this worm, she became sure that her racial intimidation skill would definitely be super effective on it. So without wasting any time, Elena got ready to take advantage of that.

But before that, she used a little bit of her brain power to contact Azusa and send her a message about what was she was planning to do. She also asked Azusa to be ready.

She could be teleported out at any moment and while continuing her battle, there was a possibility that Elena might end up making a mistakes regarding the location of the teleportation. So Elena was telling Azusa to protect the Dimensional Anchor at that time.

After making sure that Azusa had gotten her message clearly, Elena finally activated her Dreadful Intimidation skill. Immediately in the mind of the worm, the troublesome enemy before it had suddenly became almost 100 times more scary than before.

But obviously Elena was not going to allow that. She had already made up her mind to get this worm under her control and had even came up with a plan which had a high success rate. So obviously she could not allow this Cosmos Swallowing Worm to run away.

She had already created a barrier to cover this area of the void. Actually the worm did manage to destroy the barrier quite quickly with all its devouring related lesser concepts, but the little bit of delay that the barrier had caused was enough for Elena to reach this monster and engage it in battle once more.

As now the worm had gotten tired, the battle had became quite easy for Elena. So she was able to delegate her mental power of the plan that she had came up with.

As for what her plan was ? It was actually a new spell that she was developing. And this spell was only using one concept which was the fate or destiny. Fate was one of Elena's weakest concepts. Her affinity to it was nothing spectacular and she was not very experienced about it either.

But as fate was a very interesting and powerful concept, Elena had put a considerable effort in mastering it. But still her progress with this was very slow. She had discussed this concept with Noier quite a few times but still her progress in this field had been limited.

But, after her battle with her first level 9000 plus opponent, she had suddenly felt that her progress in this concept had suddenly increased. At first Elena had thought that the reason behind this was her suddenly gain in levels. But later on, after some thinking, she came to the conclusion that her levels had nothing to do with it. Just leveling up could never effect the understanding of the concepts.

Noier's own levels were currently just barely crossing 3000 which was quite weak in the eyes of the a divine grade world like this. But when it came to the understanding of the concept of fate, Noier was better than most level 8000 plus beings. That was just how gifted she was for this particular concept.

So after investigating a bit, Elena guessed that the reason behind this sudden windfall was because someone was using the concept of fate continuously in order to track her. This way, she was passively gaining experience with the fate concept too. This was a very possible thing as killing a level 9000 plus being was definitely a very big deal.

After she had started fighting this worm, Elena had noticed that suddenly this boost in the understanding of fate had actually became even greater. From this Elena became sure that this attack by this Cosmos Swallowing Worm was not just a coincidence and someone powerful was definitely targetting her.

But Elena also decided to take advantage of this misfortune and had started to perfect the fate concept related special move that she had been trying to create for a long long time. And finally she was done with it after getting the boost from this misfortune. She then immediately used this newly created move on the Cosmos Swallowing Worm.
