What do you do when aliens invade, destroying everything in sight? You run. Eight friends must do that during a 21st birthday party when all hell breaks loose, and aliens invade. To avoid a mysterious virus, dangerous aliens, vicious human survivors, and zombies, they must find a fabled sanctuary when leaving the bunker where they hide. The aliens in question (Ramesians) are a dying race. Not only do they have an uninhabitable planet, but they can't have children with those who are not fated. Fated mates were becoming increasingly rare in their race. When they find that their fated mates are among the remaining population of the planet, they know the humans are their salvation. They try to stop the war they started themselves to protect the remaining life on Earth, they encounter some resistance. With so many mated pairs to protect, they must find a way to live peacefully as one. As a mixed-race group, they must fight resistance from not only the human populace but also their own. There are traitors in the mix and those who you would never guess to rise up and kick some ass.
